I get to know estetica through the website, and I had not done any facial before and my first treatment is here, I really love it! My face feel fresh and brighten after the treatment. I love their face wash and exfoliating scrub, it really smoothen my face. I would recommend anyone to come here and try.

Have been a regular for 10 years from 2009 till now and my skin condition has improved significantly. Most importantly, the staff are really friendly and professional. This is the best place for facials. I highly recommend Estetica for people who are looking to do facials.

Before you make a trip down, read my review first. I got a voucher for a 60 min facial session for $38 (up $200) and I hardly enjoy the service rendered. 1) Hygiene: First they brought me to a room to do a skin analysis. As the machine is considered a communal amenity (you have to put your head inside the machine), I asked whether they have sanitised it. They paused for a moment and said they FORGOT, and proceed to use the smallest alcohol swab to wipe just the surface that my face will be touching the machine hastily. 2) Distasteful hard selling tactics: Before my session, I had to sit down for at least 30 mins with them to listen to the package they have to offer me. They say the voucher I planned to utilise is not good enough for my skin, and I should straight away sign up for their package. 1st package: $3800 for 10 session. When I expressed my disinterest, they start going down to 2.8k and throw in free led treatments. The sales lady ( I think the senior there) kept introducing me cheaper package until it became $900. At one point the lady even said, “to help her out and sign up for it” and I must have said “I will consider” at least 10 times. Midway I asked the details for their trial facial, they just say it is not good enough for me and continue their promotion. Everything just seems so shady and they don’t even tailor the package according to my need, just heading straight to the most expensive package they offer. By the time they are done explaining, my relaxed mood was already ruined by being constantly pressurised by them to sign up for the package on the spot. They only stopped blabbering only after I reasoned with them why would someone sign up for an expensive package on their first visit when I don’t even know the quality of their service? 3) Insincere service: Since I insisted to try their trial facial, I can feel that they are not really attentive with their service at all. Usually facials will explain the whole process step by step, and before proceeding to any steps, will inform the customer ahead. They just do it quietly and explain only when I asked. Massage on my neck and shoulder was done fairly quickly and hardly place any pressure, it’s done just to meet the requirements of the facial. Highlight was after I’m done and was heading out for payment, the lady did not even ask how was the experience so far, and straight away ask me whether I still want to sign up for their package. Clearly, they don’t care about you at all, and just want you to hand over your money to them. Of course I rejected, given that the whole experience so far has been unpleasant. Then she walked with me to the counter, continues to ask whether I want to buy their beauty device right until I reach out my card to make my payment. I really doubt the authenticity of their 5 star reviews since some even mentioned that they did not experience hard selling. I will never patronise them again.

It’s my first time doing facial, overall I had a good experience! The person attending to me is great, she will explain to me the steps. The environment is clean and relaxing as well. No hard-selling here!

The beauticians very friendly. They kindly explained the different packages that were available and what suited my skin best. beauticians was meticulous in the facial extraction while still being very gentle with my skin. Even though it was my first facial treatment, the process was nearly painless as I nearly fell asleep. Recovery from the facial treatment was faster than expected as my face was significantly better the next day. After just one treatment, most of my blackheads and pimples were gone! Highly recommended for people getting facial for the first time as it is quite painless and worth every penny!??
