β β β β β Food is gd. But staff service sucks! One of the lady at the counter raised her voice and said cannot! outside the gate! when jst asked to claim a voucher. She couldn't even respond properly to indicate where i could claim it which was at the shop itself.

β β β β β Among 6 staffs, One staff was Outstandingly friendly with perfect services oriented attitudes. She had the most genuine and warmest smile I have not seen for years in Singapore. Wished I had asked for her name.

β β β β β I went to Sengkang on April 14th to buy a birthday cake and I was shock of my life that Begawan Solo started adding alcohol to all their cakes and selected kuih too. When I was there the shopkeeper asked me if iβm a muslim. What if iβm and shopkeeper never asked me.
They should put a signage mentioned this that their kueh and cakes have alcohol

β β β β β Visited compass one outlet today, 19 April at 4.30pm to order birthday cake for daughter but was turned off by a very rude staff at cashier. Asked questions about princess cake but she was so impatient and her tone was really rude. Please send her for training Bengawan Solo! A staff like her tarnish your reputation!

β β β β β Visited this branch on Friday. A middle-aged female cashier was so rude. I only just asked if the store accept payment Paywave and she replied ' WAITTT LAHHH!!!!!! I haven't even keyed in your order yet, WAIT!'
Excuse me Bengawan Solo Compasspoint Branch! I only asked if you accepted Paywave -poitely somemore and this is how your Cashier treat your customers???

β β β β β Counter lady in her 30s is very impatient. Avoid buying more than a few kuehs as she will shout at you and ask how many more do you want to buy and can you tell her all your orders at one time though you are the only customer in the store. I usually buy 15-20 kuehs for my family members, and I need to look at the variety and choose as I move down the counter. Maybe she has a photographic memory and can memorise all the >20 kuehs I want to buy. My bad if so.
