The staffs are very polite, patient and eager to assist to help if you have any enquires. In short, the service are very, very good.
I love to go down and visit the shop whenever I need to buy pens & / or inks from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great little shop down at Ion, the prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. I don't have any experience with the online store, but if you're in Singapore looking for a nice fountain pen, I would suggest you give this shop a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ivy was absolutely amazing - she helped me sort out all my pens that have been collecting dust for a few years now - taught me how to clean them and care for them properly - helped me choose the right converters and ink - just the most wonderful customer service! I have so much appreciation that even though I wasn't there to buy a new pen/pens - I still got the best advice and professional service. They also have an amazing collection of very unique pens - perhaps even more impressive is their collection of different inks that make a big difference for the fountain pens. Definitely will be back for some gift shopping!

Whatever you wish to find, you can likely find it there. If you are looking for a gift and are not familiar with pens, they will be more than happy to recommend based on your budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pen shops in the world. Impressive range of brands and an awe-inspiring curation of higher-end Japanese pens (Nakaya, Namiki, Sailor and the likes). You'd be spoilt for choice.
FK and his wife were wonderful hosts. Passionate, patient and generous with their time and knowledge. We tried many different nibs and models - all while learning about the craft and its many nuances.
We left with my dream pen - one that's exclusive to Aesthetic Bay - along with new friendships that made the experience all the more delightful and memorable.

Brought home a 110th Sailor Anniversary Kurogane F, it writes magnificently out of the box. Definitely will visit again just for the atmosphere & ambiance.
