★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visit for facial here. Was welcome by therapist Kimmy. Loved the skin analysis tested on my skin before proceeding with my facial. She explained to me clearly and throughly before recommended a suitable facial treatment for my skin type.
Took a photo before and after facial to see the difference! It was a relaxing facial until I fell asleep. How I wish the facial last a bit longer. ? Very knowledgeable therapist indeed.
Purchased a first timer facial package recommended by Kimmy from Liann. Both are very friendly ladies indeed.
Liann was patient to answer to my queries before I signed up the package. I really hope by my monthly visit at EX BEAUTY ETERNITY, my skin condition will improve tremendously.
Highly recommended!

I was dissapointed with my appointment as it was not properly scheduled. I also had a 23mins massage (exclude footbath) for my 45 mins massage session.

Supposed to be a 90 minutes facial but extended to 2 hours+ as they were very thorough. Explanation was in depth and their knowledge in skin analysis is amazing. Recommended service!
