I could hear him shouting to the back saying “person on phone asking about osram.” The other guy clearly didn’t know and could not be bothered and shouted back “just tell him BOH”. How do they stay in business if they don’t even try ...

Very pleased with how he explained the types of downlights and gave us lights recommendations and comparisons on e ceiling fans. Electrician on the installation was professional and efficient! Today, Ah Hong from Extreme Lighting did the installation and we were really impressed with his workmanship and honesty. Highly recommended.
