The gym has a great atmosphere with good equipment. Community is encouraging, and everyone knows how to train hard and play hard together. Coaches are friendly and helpful, and genuinely concerned for your well being and safety. All workouts can be scaled so no worries about not being able to keep up, and everyone have to go through an On-ramp class coached by head coach Melvin Fu that focuses on the basics and fundamentals at your own pace. So don't hesitate and join our growing community today.
