★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Andy Kong might have had many bad days, weeks or months however that does not give you the right to treat anyone with such disdain. He was impatient, rude and curt. Clearly not cut out to be in the service line let alone a Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my blood test and ultrason report review by Dr Matthew today, resident doctor. Caring and went through the needs to observe for the suspect thyriod cyrst.
Thanks to Dr Kong for proposing the blood test and ultrason scan as 1st base line for checking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Andy Kong is rude and impatient. He cuts people off during conversations and is not keen to listen to the patient's issue and situation. Definitely not empathetic and does not make patients feel cared for.

Went there on Sunday afternoon and they told me they’re closed. I asked what time is the last registration, they said 1245. I pointed to the clock and said it’s not even 1245 yet! And the doctor just refused to see me. The people working at the counter are unfriendly too. They were subtly shaking their head, signalling to each other when I asked if they could check with the doc again. Your signals are not very subtle! They ( doctors and admin staff) need to attend customer service and empathy course!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a telemedicine call for COVID patients on a Sunday night and Dr Khong reached out to me almost immediately for a quick chat before he dispatched the medication needed. Straightforward. Dressed in doctor's scrubs even when seeing a patient virtually is good bedside manners and assured me that I was talking to a professional. I only found out who he was only when the package arrived. Thank you, Dr Khong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic assistant was unsure how to make a referral to a specialist, was told to make the referral myself by calling up a specialist clinic. How would I know which specialist to go to? Suggest for clinic assistant to undergo proper training. However Dr Matthew was extremely helpful and caring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with the way the doctor did the swab test for my 4yo old son. She was rough and literally just poke the swab into his nose (hard in and out that’s it). My son was not expecting that at all as many places he did ART was not painful at all. He cried and she immediately did into to the other nostril to get her job done. Also prescribe me medicine which my son has no symptoms of. Will never ever visit this clinic again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to see the Doctor this morning. Staff on duty were fast and polite despite the crowd. Dr Kong was to the point and the swab was actually painless.
