I was facing laptop charger heating issues but he did not try to sell me a new one. Instead, he answered patiently why it was heating up.
I will certainly return to Fix Com if I have laptop issues in the future. Thank you Shawn!

โ โ โ โ โ Just WOW! Honesty and Integrity come to mind here. Fast service, fair price and they DO NOT HUSTLE YOU! I went in looking to upgrade my hard drive and ram on a laptop, and they did it all within 1 hr and even explained I could not upgrade anymore ram as all DDR slots were full. (I had a migraine on the day, so it was great to see people not take advantage of others when they could have).
I've been going to SimLim on and off as a tourist for the last 30 years!!! And I would not bother shopping these guys around, just go get it done right the 1st time and know you will have something reliable and can leave happy with for a while down the line....
10/10 for these guys.

โ โ โ โ โ Lenovo Service Center has failed to replace my fan assembly (and want to charge $ 50 for "diagnostic fee" before checking for part assembly).
Brought to Fix Com and a helpful gentleman, Sam, inquired on part availability and then managed to replace/fix the fan for my laptop within 1 hour.
Friendly dude as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Had issues with my Lenovo sensing its internal battery. They promised to look into it and that there would be no charge if they could not fix it. Kept me updated every few days and when it became clear that they could not fix it, as they promised, I picked up my laptop without having to pay a single cent. Honest and polite chaps. Definitely would recommend.
