The CKT was way too soggy and oily and bland. Totally no fragrance of soy sauce whatsoever. Very disappointing considering the long queue. Generous portion

I heard good reviews of this CKT so decided to give it a try as queue wasn't long. I would give it an overall average rating. It lacks the fragrant, fried taste that I was looking for. I like CKT a bit damp, but would be nice if they can tune the dampness a bit more. The lard pieces was a good addition to spice up the food though. Taste is definitely subjective and individual preference. You'd need to make your own conclusion after trying yourself.

Amazing char kway teow with the right amount of wok hei flavour infused. The noodles are pre fried and then fried again for your order so all the flavours are 100% infused. Right amount of wetness and not too oily. See the pic below when we cleaned it up. Amazing must try!

Went to China town food center for dinner and found the stall to have a long queue. Heard that this stall has good reviews so I join the queue. Waited like 15 minutes and finally got hold of the hot fried kway teow. How’s the taste? Well I personally don’t find it worth the fifteen minutes of wait as the taste is just normal at best. Will I revisit the stall? Maybe if I have run out of food choices when I’m at the same food center again. Taste is very individual so do go there to try it for yourself.

Worst fried kway teow I've had. It was extremely oily and quite tasteless. Kway teow was mushy and there were only 2/3 small cockles for a $4 plate. Should have checked out the reviews here before buying.

Was there and saw a constant queue so decided to join in and check this stall out The CKT is not bad but wonder why the queue. Can off hand think of a few more CKT places offering similar standards. CKT was right wok hei, cockles abit small, taste is good.

Scouting stalls after stalls in Chinatown Complex for good food and one of us got to come across Food Street Fried Kway Teow Mee and decided to give it a try. We were in luck as we were the first in the queue for the stall in the morning. The plate of Kway Teow was delicious and infused with a substantial amount Wok-Hei. The sweetness and amount of black sauce were consistent throughout. Ingredients such as cockles, garlic, beansprouts and fishcakes make up the plate of scrumptious Fried Kway Teow. Kway Teow was moist and wet. This style suits me. For a plate of delicious Kway Teow, the price paid is over here is pocket friendly.

Ordered the seafood version. This CKT is on the moist side. Wok hey wasn’t very evident in my plate, but it has decent classic CKT flavour to it. The normal CKT is $4, but I personally think that getting the $5 seafood version has a better value. They gave two prawns and some sotong rings. ‘Hums’ tasted fresh as well. Portion is quite big too.
