โ โ โ โ โ Dropping a review here for their Hanjuku cheesecake alone. I can't believe more people aren't talking about this. At $5.20 for 3 mini cakes, the price point is reasonable and the cheese mixture is incredibly creamy, smooth and melts in the mouth. The cake base is made of a soft and fluffy sponge which adds an amazing texture to this cake. A serious contender to the burnt cheesecake fad sweeping through Singapore right now.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a cake there on 23rd November and came home to find there is mold on the cake. Called the outlet up and they said I'll have to bring the cake back for an exchange... Which is such a hassle. Staff should have let customer check the cake before leaving the store. Very upset and disappointed

โ โ โ โ โ At Nex outlet on 20/3/22 at 3 30pm, I accidentally drop a cup of drink in the shop infront of the cashier. I have created such a big mess but this young, tall female counter staff was very nice and understanding, she helped to cleared the mess without embarassing me and even
consoled me as I am very apologetic. Excellent service. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ Has a very good range of bread and cake. They have mini assorted bread where you can pick 3 or 5 different choices at a cheaper price. I would recommend their black forest cake which is value for money. The queue is usually very long at this outlet, however their staff are very fast and efficient.

โ โ โ โ โ Quality, freshness plus variety. Items shelved very consistent n moving fast. Birthdays Cakes Chantilly cream sort are prettier after cut for serving. But counter staff was slowed and chatting away ? during busy trading hours โฆfreaking annoying ??
