โ โ โ โ โ Mainly went to the baby/kids section. They have a variety of choices. Thou the clothing are thicker than other stores. Thus, not all are suitable for baby to wear in this hot and humid weather, if you are not going to places with strong air-con blasting.

โ โ โ โ โ Kids section, hang until so high, how is an average asian mum going to take down if she's interested in buying? It's more than 2 metre high! You have to do some proper adjustments.
Can't get the sizes we wanted. Most displays no more sizes.

โ โ โ โ โ When I visited recently to do a return, the staff were polite and helpful when assisting me, even though it was late and closing soon. I also witnessed a superior kindly teaching a staff member to do refunds which was something quite notable. I've been frequenting this outlet for quite a while, and it's nice to see that customer service is still good.
The only complaint I have is just that this outlet has a limited selection. However, still decent enough to check in with the new arrivals :)

โ โ โ โ โ I like to come here to donate my used clothes. Most of the time, I get one voucher for one bag of clothes, but one of your staff there only gave me 2 vouchers for 4 big bags of clothes the last time I went.

โ โ โ โ โ Standard h&m experience, clothing are well organized places are clean. Stuff was very helpful and attentive, so far the experience have been really welcoming.
Easy access with good public transport such as bus and Metro.
