the intern there, ulfa (not really sure), was sooo helpful in helping me find the right foundation shade; telling me about my undertones and what kind of foundation i needed whether it was mattifying or hydrating. i tried more than 3 different brands and she was still patient and showing me around and recommending different products. ?
so helpful and kind <3 i did not end up buying anything but she did not seem upset and that is rarely seen in retail shops.

β β β β β I usually come here to get my brows done at the Benefits Brow Bar included in this Sephora. The brow lady does it so well and she even remembers me whenever I am back. I always feel so welcomed by her. Love her! The Sephora staff are all so eager to help and will approach you first to assist you instead of having to find them yourselves.

I want to thank Elyse for helping me, i had a list of things I wanted to buy but had certain concerns she helpwd me by answering all my concerns, she never pushed for a certain brand , on the contrary she asked me about what i want and what i am looking for in a product, then she would mention what each product do and how to deal.
I am very happy with the mascara, concealer, eyeliner, sunblock that i got .

β β β β β Donβt bother. The staff there were too preoccupied with testing their own makeup and cleansers while having a chat than helping guests.
Asked about a brand I saw on the Sephora website and just got a curt βwe donβt carry that brandβ without even looking up from playing with makeup at the counter. Staff members were the blonde haired and the other blue haired staff members.
