Service was quite good as there were not much people in the morning. We ordered an offer meals. Not bad with the price. Staff was indeed very polite. ? Muis Halal Certified. ?Location at Raffles City Shopping Centre ? City Hall MRT (Red & Green Line)

We were there in the evening after a terrible experience at a quayside restaurant. What a breath of fresh air the service here was! Staff went out of their way to look after us. Though it is a cafe, the service here is worthy of, if not more than, a five-star restaurant. Wonderful ambience, great service. Highly-recommended!

This place is good to have your beverages and cakes. However, my experience for my order of a Hot Chocolate drink isn't a Hot Chocolate as it should be. It's a lukewarm Chocolate Drink. They also forgot to fill the drink with marshmallow as mentioned in the menu. My order for pasta was just as bad. The cream sauce was pre cooked by outside kitchen. What the cafe has to do is heat up the pasta with the cream sauce in the microwave. The result for heating cream sauce is a sticky cream sauce because the cheese becomes sticky when heat up. Before I left the cafe, I gave the mgr my dining experience in this cafe. My suggestions to him & his mgmt team - for a better taste of the pasta with cream sauce, they should add fresh milk or cream before putting the pasta into the microwave to heat up. This work may sound like a kitchen staff work but if they want customers to order their pasta, this needs to be done. Starbucks & McDonald nearby offers coffee and food. Business in this building is very competitive. Hopefully I can see improvements in my next visit to CBTL..probably 2 months from now ??

Should have read the signs - Macdonald's has a line while this place was empty. The service was pretty slow but they only had 2 staff on duty so that could be the reason. Ran out of normal tea and my wife has to top up money for her meal for tea bags. The patty on my platter came under cooked and almost tasteless because it seemed to be streamed and not fried. The scrambled eggs were the second best thing on my plate, the best was the packet strawberry jam. Coffee was reminiscent of Macdonald's before Mac Cafe. Bad. The tea bag obviously was good. Presentation of the food, you can see from the photos. Already lost appetite. Our regular Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is the outlet at Tiong Bahru Plaza and the food and service is much better. This outlet is just bad. We walked here so didn't try the car park but parking should be ample.

Sherwin and team was very friendly, the place was very noisy due to renovation. Sherwin offer us seat outside and arrange chairs good for 5 to make us comfortable. Great service thumbs up to the team ?

Visited the outlet on Friday, 21st Jan 2022. Time 6.36pm. Am sure to patronise the outlet again. Staff were amazing! They were polite, friendly & accommodating. Ambience clean & perfect to chill & end our Friday night. ??

Simple, comfortable and surprisingly peaceful especially when you take account that it's near a bustling complex. All the ingredients of an excellent cafe dining experience while you have your work done, to catch up with business associates or just spending quality time alone. Staff are pleasant throughout and somehow space is enough for everybody even though the premise is small.
