★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Have a prior booking and they just ignore it! Very long queue and waiting time. They have just allowed a group of 6 people who came behind me to pass ahead. Go somewhere else if you can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother booking appointment. Even if you book appointment at a specific timing, they will still ask u to queue with a standard blind off reply “everyone has appointment too”. Yes, everyone has appointment and that is because the instructions given was to ask us to book appointment??? So why bother booking appointment when we are not serve punctually on our appointment timing?! Fullerton Testing Centre, please get your system right. If you are the appointed test centre for Royal Carribean, please act professionally and organise your queue system properly. Zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I was put off by the low Google rating but I called and made a pre-departure test appointment for three of us. The operator was very helpful and also double checked the requirements for the country I was flying to even though I told her what the requirements were so I thought that was very responsible of her. When we arrived for our appointment at 10am, there was no queue and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. There was a queue when we left so I would suggest you call to make a morning booking to minimize waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my PCR test on Sat morning and it went really smoothly at the centre. No queue, fast admin, quick test. Will receive email of special format Japan test result within 24 hours. Cool!
Feedback is that call centre seems disconnected with actual on the ground operations. When I made the appointment on the road, was told I have to print out a form from Japan embassy website before arriving at centre. Test centre operator insisted they cannot print for me at centre which meant I have to drive back home, print, before going back to centre. Did not make sense to me and I called back main hotline. Hotline operator said they have printer in test centre and can help me print. Relieved! Funny thing was that after I finished the whole procedure, no paper form or printing was required at all! They had a QR code for scanning and you just fill in an electronic form. Hence I think call operator is not provided up-to-date information.
