★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just sent my Shiba for a 2 weeks boarding stay while we were away and the experience was great. Regular photo updates were provided as well. My dog isn't the easiest to handle but Ben did well in managing and caring for him. Would recommend! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really glad we availed of the boarding services by furlanthropy for our furkid (Akira). Ben was simply superb.. friendly and very professional. They clicked instantly and Akira was comfortable with him from start. Ben sent regular updates with photos and videos of Akira, so less worrying for us. Transport pick up and drop off was punctual and smooth. Akira even had a visit to the groomer. Ben was so kind to accommodate our request for an additional night. Overall, our furkid came home happy and groomed. Will definitely book with Ben again in future! Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben took a last min request to board Kenji for the day and I was truly grateful. Price was reasonable and Ben was punctual for both ways pick up though it was raining that morning. Kenji was well taken care of through the 7 hours and I was kept informed of how he was doing. It’s very important for me as it’s one of the rare time I had to send him away. Thank you Ben this won’t be the last time ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben was so kind as to take Hazel in for boarding at the last minute when my family had urgent family affairs to attend to. I was so grateful to him as I couldn't find anywhere else that could take Hazel in at such short notice.
This was my first time sending Hazel to board so I was a little worried, but Hazel LOVED Ben and her time there! Ben also sent updates occasionally which assured my family and I that Hazel was doing fine. She came back to us as the happiest dog ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Ben for caring for our 12-year old senior mini poodle, Coco in May this year. I appreciate that Ben would take in your doggy for an assessment before confirming the stay. I think that's only responsible :) Also glad that Ben helped to accommodate our schedule, and offered to drop Coco off at my place after her assessment! Coco was comfortable with him, and after returning to our home, she seemed less afraid of her leash, and also more tolerant toward other dogs (as compared to prior the stay with him). Ben helped to also administer the many necessary medication/supplements for Coco which I appreciate. Thanks Ben for caring and loving on our grandma doggy.
