J	Justsg 329 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes a lot of negative feedbacks about the long queue hours and counter nurses attitudes. I admit. I’m resident of this area, for decade. I knew every single clinic nearby this Tampines st. Please close one eye to counter nurses if you think some of them are rude. Please bear with the long queue hours. You can call to register first, then check your queue number. Beside all these struggles, the doctor here (mainly served by Dr Lim) is the best doctor I ever met. Best best best doctor. I would suggest if you just want to “geng” MC, you can skip here, skip the long queue, go another clinic. But if you’re really sick, you want efficient medications for speedy recovery, you must choose Dr Lim here. (Heard another doctor is good too, just that I never met him) Dr Lim used to explain everything in detail, like what caused you unwell, the reason of every medicine being prescribed, the effect etc. He is polite, kind, gentleman, patient, knowledgeable. Perfect doctor, 100/100. Salute Dr Lim.

Doctor is experienced for sure. But if you feeling very sick and dont want to get worst, please dont come here as you gonna wait for ages
S	Sheena Yee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced family doctors. Waiting time average 1hr-2hrs. Come after 9-9.30pm on weekdays for short waiting time. Even with 2-3 patients in front you, just prep to wait as they might call in those who miss Q. ART TESTING - During peak period after see doc expect to wait another 15mins more to do ART with the nurse. Plan ahead with expectations of long wait and you be a more satisfied patient. I also grumble abt the waiting time too but I still find myself running down to see them each time I need to see doctor. Haha
K	Kian Keong Kong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having mixed thought on what stars I should give to this clinic. 1) Doctor Lim is very amazing and through in his check and diagnosis. 2) the wait for medicine despite me coming at 9pm with only 1 people in front of me was like 15mins!!! That’s why the 1star.

While the doctor was very kind, the receptionists were very rude and unhelpful. If you’re unhappy with life or the job, quit. We’re not asking for 5 star service. We’re asking for the bare minimum of customer service. With all the feedback here, the doctors have surely not been doing anything to fix the problem. This, I don’t understand. I also have an issue with how late the doctor comes into the clinic. The clinic opens at 9am but the doctor would only come 1.5 hours later? This, I also don’t understand.

Expect to wait up to 3-4 hours if you register anything more than #10. The clinic opens at 9am, but don't bother to go then because the doctor waltzes in close to 11am on most days. The doctors are nice enough, but the overall experience is disappointing. You will leave feeling like you wasted a whole day. There is no proper SOPs for newcomers, and questions to the receptionists are always met with vague and unhelpful answers. Seriously, you'll find more help in this review. I will end off by saying this - don't let the long lines fool you. It isn't because the doctors are great or that this place is cheap, it's really because of poor patient time management, and lack of professionalism and indoor seating.
H	H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to the clinic many times. Doctor is very experienced but sadly my encounter today disappoint me. Was feeling extremely unwell (hence decided to go see the doctor) tried calling the clinic before heading down to see if it's full house. Called at least 4 times. No answer. So we went down to the clinic, the receptionist lady just look at us and continue doing their things, then after awhile they decided to come tell us, they are not taking in any more patients. It's full house. Told them to ask the doctor if they can take me in as I was really feeling very unwell. They said they asked the doctor but he refused. Guess what I'm trying to say is, I thought doctors are suppose to help the sick? If I wasn't feeling so bad, don't think I would have kept asking to take me so desperately? Boo ?? and super boo to both the receptionist.

You will be greeted by possibly the worst receptionist you will ever come across. They never really care for any patients and they don't really answer any queries if you have. They are unprofessional and rude. This clinic is known for making their patients wait for a long time and it's all down to the receptionist. They are slow and not good enough to be on the counter. There are three of them, but most times only one of them is there to serve you. Oh and don't bother calling the clinic, they hardly answer the phone. To be honest, the doctors are good. But they NEVER EVER come on time, hence the longer waiting time. Something needs to be done to make the system go faster. You are expected to wait 3 hours to just see the doctor. Overall just AVOID this clinic, unless you don't mind waiting and wasting at least 3 hours of your life!
