Super poor attitude by the lady staff. There is more than one phone gadget shop in bukit panjang. If you do not want to receive bad service, advise is dont go to this shop

If you want a store with staff that tell you to go away because its late, helping you will take too long and they want to close up. All the while choosing to help other clients This is the shop for you.

I want a screen protector for my phone and the super nice lady even shared with me the phone cover promotions. Good service and well priced. Made my day.

Went to their shop recently to change my screen protector, so the staff tried like almost 5pc are faulty so ended pasting the UV glues ones but then worst she didn't even paste properly and tell me it's fine don't be so OCD and nothing is perfect . I paid for $28 and its not properly paste and you still said that to me WOW such a "Good Customer service" if you don't like pasting edges phone simply don't even serve the customer don't complain while collecting money still. We paid for it of course and it wasn't cheap too of course we want it to be near perfect.

My girlfriend brought my new Note 20 Ultra to put a screen protector. Put the screen protector on 24th June. After a few days, the imperfections became more and more visible, there were numerous air bubbles that surfaced from lack of proper application. Currently it is 4th July, the screen protector is already beginning to crack. Due to this being a new phone, I've been extremely gentle with it, and have never dropped the phone, or even put it near other hard objects. I don't understand. The screen protector was $28 with installation, and produced such substandard results. After some digging, my girlfriend finally told me that the lady was constantly complaining about how it's difficult to paste a curved screen protector, and constantly grumbled while she waited. It's safe to say that this particular place is not trustworthy, as the lack of quality in the screen protector does not justify the price, neither does the customer service. You're better off spending the extra time travelling somewhere else to get your phone screen protectors done. It will be much more worth than to waste your time and money here. 0/10, would not go again.

bought $35 tempered glass screen protector for samsung galaxy note 20 ultra from gadget hub pushcart in bugis junction. was told the screen protector was made specially for the note 20 ultra model. after installation this caused the UV fingerprint sensor on my phone to not work. went back to return and ask for refund but store lady said not possible. store should have advised and warned customers if the screen protector is not compatible with certain features of the phone and the least they could do as recovery is to offer a partial or full refund but they did not. store lady simply made it seem as if it is a small issue. removed the screen protector and the fingerprint sensor works fine bad experience and will boycott for good

Not an honest shop. I buy a new screen protector for my iphone. The shop lady quotes $15 for it and I agree. Her first sticking is not successful. She then offers to stick a new one, and this time her sticking is successful. However when I pay, she claims that the successful one is a better one and costs me $28. She never mentions the price difference when she sticks the second screen protector. I don’t wanna to argue at the shop for that $13, but surely I won’t purchase at this shop anymore.
