β β β β β This is a really nice place, never thought of Jade can be made so modern type until I visit this place. This is a good place for young couples to choose for the εηΉι. Irisβs service is really good, she explains every singles thing in details and answer all the questions we have. She did not hesitate to let me to try a lot of different types jewellery until I found the one suits me! Really recommend this place no matter is environment, service and designs ??????

β β β β β Fantastic customer service! Bought a set of necklace + earrings and 2 additional necklaces as gifts for our parents last year during our wedding. Unfortunately we had some issues with 2 of the necklaces late last year where one broke due to some tugging and the other chain disintegrated when we brought it back for polishing. The recovery service was excellent where they offered to replace the whole chain and jade, including the earrings to make sure they still matched. They also gave us a thicker chain on the necklaces to ensure that it doesnt happen again. Overall very pleased with the service and they were also able to deliver the products just in time for Chinese New Year too!

This is my second ring with Gen.K - my first was a mother-and-child bee lavender jade ring that my husband gifted to me for my first Motherβsβ Day in 2019. Both rings are stunning, and my shopping experience with Gen.K was very seamless, even purchasing from overseas. Thank you for two gorgeous pieces to pass down to my daughter!

β β β β β I went to Gen K to purchase my bridal jewelry and Iris was very patient in trying understanding what styles I liked. She even allowed me to try on as many pieces as I wanted to see which pieces I preferred more. She was also very helpful in her suggestions as I choose different pieces in my set and wasn't sure how I could match them. She listened to our preferences and did not push pieces that I was not keen on purchasing. Shopping at Gen K was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience!
