I come here for laser hair removal sessions and my aesthetician (Cherry) is very detail-oriented and never misses a spot nor rush through the procedure. She makes sure that every area is scanned and is very thorough. She also makes sure that I'm comfortable the entire time. Good job, O Medical!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My gf signed up for 3 years Laser package. She was promised that will see results and will have no hair after. Then the staff keep asking her to sign package everytime she went for her session. The session gets shorter and quicker. Few days back.. the staff asked her to sign more years. I thought it was supposed to "See result" by the end of 3 years. Why still ask to sign more package and told her that the price will be increasing. Is that a sale gimmick?
