Havent eaten this for ages! Came back after so many years and it still tastes pretty much the same. Was expecting a long queue for Sunday lunch but there was literally no one! However they were still very busy cooking for the delivery orders. Ordered and didn't wait long to be served. Still enjoyed the wetness and nice wok hei of the hokkien mee. 1st time ordering the oyster omelette, not really a fan but still enjoyed it a lot. Its very good that the plate was left on the table for 30 minutes during the meal and it was always crispy till the last bite. Oysters were fat and juicy! My friend suggested ordering the pork belly satay which was also very delicious. Sauce would definitely be better with pineapple! Enjoyable and will be back again!

Got here on a weekday just before lunch crowd started pouring in at noon. Hokkien noodle has decent wok hey and is the "wet type". Fried oyster on the other hand is at best "Average 3/5 Stars", if only it had the same charcoal treatment as with the Hokkien noodle, would have been so much better!

Tasty plate of Hokkien mee but portion quite small. The satay is just next stall. Meat very tender. Nicely grilled. If you are driving then parking is quite a challenge.

Everytime I pass by this stall, I always disappointed with their long queue of customers, which I need to wait at least 30min, that make me give up. Today, finally got my order without waiting too longer. Fried Hokkien Prawn by the owner 2nd generation. Cross my fingers for a good first taste. Yummy, yes, is really yummy, eat it in my car due to Circuit Breaker no dining in public. Eat it after receiving the packed after 15min. It is full of charcoal fragrance once it open, taste was really good, you may taste sweetness of the broth base cooking for the noodles, it absorbed so well in the noddle. Although the pricing are very high, from the smallest portions at $6 to $8 and $10 biggest portions. But the $6 portion was given 2 big prawns and lots of squids, eggs are not invisible like others, overall the ingredients are very much covering the whole pack of prawn noodle. Feel good after tasting such authentic old taste prawn noodle. Will definitely come back again although it's high price and not so polite services. I am forgiven for their good foods. ?

Good, but not as good as the original Geylang Lorong 29 Hokkien Mee. They sell a variety of foods, from hokkien mee to fried oysters / oyster omelette. We ordered the Hokkien Mee and Fried Oysters ($10 each, see photos for size). There were 6 oysters, but they're large enough so no complains. More wet type than crispy type for the fried oysters. The hokkien mee is good, tasty, but I still prefer the one at lorong 29. The chilli here just isn't as good. Both dishes good enough for two pax to share.

Hokkien Mee (4/10) Not impressed by the hokkien mee. It’s of the wet variety, but still lacks sauce, thus moist. Additionally, there isn't enough flavor and wok hei. Portion sizes are on the small side. $8 gets you 4 prawns. Oyster Omelette - Orh Luak (4/10) Wet type, with few small oysters. Batter was not crisp. Very disappointing. Was rather annoyed when the uncle assumed we wanted chili and did not check for our preferences. Satay (8/10) It's really yummy, if you can stomach the hefty pricetag. Tried all their satay and they're nicely grilled, slightly charred with charcoal smokeyness. Pork belly, had thick chunks of fat. The pineapple peanut sauce is great too. Service at 7.30pm, weekday is fast, and served within 10mins. No queues whatsoever.

The best Hokkien mee I’ve had so far. I can’t really tell the difference from the original stall in Geylang. The best part is that the coffeeshop has a nice bar/drinks stall selling cider, draft and craft beer. Best combination with the Hokkien mee. Their oyster omelette is very good today with the large plum oysters that they provide.
