Definitely one of the OMG moments of food in the east! Pleasantly surprised by the little stall that specialises in CCF alone - fact that they only sell this is a sure indication they are so good that they don't need to sell any other things. The CCF is out of this world, from the first bite on. I had the braised pork one, filled up but had to return for another even though I wasn't hungry anymore. Great to see every piece made fresh on the spot. The juice was mmmmm and the nice presentation using old school plates is very very cool. Owner-chef is a young chap in his 20s! I thought at first that he is the son of the very friendly uncle serving. So nice to see the new generations breathing new life into a dying trade, bringing with them new positive spirit and energy . The stall is located inside a unique coffee shop that has beers on tap at the drink stall! I can see myself returning for late night chat sessions with my good friends amongst the many other stalls selling ideal sharing food - satay, oyster omelette, and of course CCF. Well done and thank you!

This stall is in a coffeeshop that offers pretty decent food. And the chee cheong fun here have all the varieties under one roof. I tried the Braised Pork Chee Cheong Fun; it is lacking in the braise but still pretty decent. The CCF is silky.. Maybe I will try the normal CCF with sweet sauce next time I'm there!

The Chee Cheong Fun was so delicious, we ended up cleaning the plate dry! There are several options, including with Wagyu beef, and prices start at just 3.50 SGD (which coming from Europe is just absolutely incredible value). We had tried chee cheong fun at Tim Ho Wan (Michelin-starred chain from Hong Kong) and honestly if I had to choose just one of them to have again it would be Wan Fen. Itโ€™s also incredible to see a young generation of hawkers coming onto the food scene with their inventive takes on classic dishes and working hard to keep the precious hawker culture alive โค๏ธ

Good hand-made Chee Cheong Fun with a special light sauce thatโ€™s very refreshing and different. Prawns were clean and fresh. The zai er was crispy and yummy too. Friendly gentleman manning the stall. Give this young Singaporean hawker a try!

The Chee Cheong fun skin is to my liking, and the prawns were the correct prawns. I think the portion is understandably small, so you might want to consider getting 1.5 plates/pax if you arenโ€™t getting anything else. Plates comes out in 2s, so be prepared for a long waiting time.

Ordered the shrimp and the Braised pork filling versions. The cheong fun is very soft and silky, like the Hong Kong style with a nice light soya sauce Overall excellent taste.

Familyโ€™s sudden craving for dim sum type Chee Cheong Fun brought me here to tabao. Didnโ€™t even realize thereโ€™s one just around the corner. Convenience aside, wow man this pretty good stuff. Wife thought I got from restaurant at PP. Texture of the Cheong Fun was pretty spot on dim sum level. Very smooth and delicate. Sauce was quite light but the awesome chilli completes the flavor. Mix em up a bit, drench and slurp. Repeat. We like it like this. Not too salty is good. My wife said this is perfect. The Zhai Er fried bean curd skin acts as a perfect topping for the plain variety. The prawn and char siew was standard fare, can be better, but generous no doubt. I wished the rather light flavored pork was a little more braised in Kwong Cheong Thye soy. Not overpoweringly dark but just a tad darker braised would be nice with a bit of preserved veg thrown in andโ€ฆ lol brain storm going wild. Anyway never got to try the Wagyu as it was sold out. Next time lah. Anyway overall shiok and all the best to young chap. Rock on!

Itโ€™s delicious. Me & my son swipe clean our plates. Friendly owners as well. However should have more You Tiao in the You Tiao chee cheong fun, the crunch is addictive. The sauce is the usual salty soya sauce taste, could add a bit of sweetness. That will increase the depth of umami.
