β β β β β Contacted them for a motor replacement part for a client. They keep insisting for serial number and will not supply parts till serial number is given.
Once serial number is given, they will contact client directly without informing the contractor.
Client told them to deal with contractor but they looking to do the job directly.
Best to go elsewhere if need shutter aftersales support using your own contractor.
