Service is good with nice and friendly staff. Only issue is with extra surcharges during Christmas which i find it unreasonable . If customers have bought the packages why need to charge for surcharges? The privelages should be given to customers with packages. Text were send too customers on the surcharges however when i booked an appointment i was not reminded on the surcharges (different price for different period) .

I happen to come across their place on google as i was searching for one around my area. Saw that they had good reviews so i decided to give a call and asked if they had slots for walk in. She accepted the service even when i told her ill be there in 10 mins. When i arrived, i saw that everyone was busy then a lady approached me. She was hesitating to do my feet or attend to me as she mumbled something in chinese to her colleagues. When she held my feet to wash it, scrub etc, she was quite rough and not gentle. She would grab my feet in a firm way to be placed on the cushion or into the sink. I was a little annoyed but i just kept quiet. There wasnt any interaction or anything. You just felt unwelcomed. I did ask her how much the gel mani and pedi cost but she didnt answer. This is my first time coming to a new place so sometimes it is nice to be informed on the prices before having a total bill of $160 without any designs etc. The lady who did the manicure for me instead was much more gentle and did a good job. Pedicure came out good but service could definitely improve. The change of character when a regular came in after showed me that she chose to be nice to whom she knew and also i guess she rushed for time but still want to earn which i understand but no way a customer should be treated that way. Dont be obligated to take in walk-ins and proceed with service if you don't feel like doing it.

I’ve been patronizing this place for awhile now but recently, the Tiong Bahru branch became extremely extremely unprofessional. My appointment was at 7pm and the staff messaged me at 6.46pm to come at 7.15pm. I don’t live nearby so I was already traveling down and I informed them I was already reaching.i said I could wait but They asked me to walk around or eat first. At 7.25pm I asked the staff need wait how long more, and they mentioned 10-15 minutes. So either the previous customer was 40 minutes late. If the customer was late, they could have called the customer earlier to ask if the appointment still on and called me earlier to tell me to make my way down later. or they decided to take a walk in customer at 6.45pm when they are well aware that there is a customer with appointment at 7pm. No apologies from them at all when I mentioned they were running way too late behind and I may have to come back another day, as if they’re so entitled and no wrong from their side. At 7.40pm now and still no sign of them finishing with the other customer. I had signed packages and go to this place for a while but will not patronise anymore after the change in service attitude. I just need to finish my package.

I love going there to get my nails done. The manicurists are all so friendly and understanding. Its my go to place to do my nails now. Love it ??

Usually did my gel manicure and nail art here. You could show them your desired designs and they would try their best to replicate. Their nail art skills were good. And the prices were reasonable. Friendly staff. Best to make reservations because they were always full, especially when it was near to festive seasons.

They’re actually transparent and upfront on prices (which have been increasing), you just need to ask. I do agree some artists are better at drawing what I want than others (I’m sure some architects can’t draw cartoons either). You just need to experiment until you discover the ones who excel at the styles you tend to pick. Appending some of my more “interesting” requests - note they bothered to layer to achieve the jelly looking nature of the goldfish, to make the panthers teeth yellow, to vary the outline of my moon. Also, the origami pieces were amazingly delicate. if you know what you want, this place can really work out for you. If the artist hesitates then of course pick something you’re both comfortable with.

I’m so satisfied with my new nails! They are very friendly and their skills for gel nails and designs are very good. Not cheap but worth it :)
