This place is very badly run and the staff often try to hardsell you their products. If it weren't for the fact that it's convenient for me to go to for a quick pedicure, I wouldn't bother. I am definitely not renewing my package. Even with an appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes!

My second time at this nail parlour, but the AMK branch. First time was a couple of months back, and that time wasn't so bad. Second time and unfortunately it was disappointing. Pros: - Easy to book an appointment via phone call - Not crowded on weekend afternoon Cons: - Way too much selling - Pricey. Did a classic mani pedi and it was $88 - Unable to relax and enjoy because they'd constantly tell me to add this and that + making me feel bad about the condition of my nails (thus more trying to make me add on more products, even despite me telling them of my time and monetary constraint) I wish the staff can be more professional and take no for an answer. Initially I was actually considering, but the more they pushed, the more they made me feel bad, the more I didn't feel like doing. Sadly, this will be my final time at this place as there are cheaper, kinder and better nail parlours out there.

Save your money and your sanity. The place is a total rip-off! I want to give zero stars but that’s not an option. I went in to have 2.5 gel nails removed. They charged me $20 just to do that. I was desperate enough to agree to this absurd pricing. I asked how much it would be to remove and paint my nails and I was told $15. Come to learn it was $20+$15 at checkout. They were also charging an extra $5 for things such as a polish that had a shiny finish and $5 for a fast dry top coat. Mind you, it was just a polish - no cuticles trimming. Now I know why the place was so empty!

Been here 3 times to use my sis’s lash package. First visit was my first time getting lashes, felt it was ok. 2nd time the lashes started falling out the next day. Went for the 3rd visit before christmas and until now the lashes are still intact. Kudos to camella(i dont know how to spell) for giving me what i want and doing a good job. No hard selling frm her. :)

It is tiring for customers to keep refusing the nail artistes for treatments they don't find necessary. My experience with Nailz gallery as a whole started off pretty fair but it always end on a sour note. I felt the services rendered was based on profiteering. I have an existing package and only half-way thru and everytime I have my nails done, they never fail to push me to get additional treatments and their most common and unrealistic excuse is that it will become worse if untreated. I don't remember a time that I truly enjoyed their services nor do I feel relaxed after signing up the package. I mean you signed up so that you save on unnecessary additional cost but this is the opposite. I hope you can educate your artistes to understand the meaning of a solid 'no'. Also it is off-putting when they actually tell you that they are not making money on their sales. I doubt I'll be signing with future packages. Thanks but no thanks.

TERRIBLE AND PATHETIC service. I got gel manicure done here. In 4 days, my nail paint started chipping and falling from sides. Anyway, didn’t complain about it. Went to them for a soak off service of gel nail paint. To my utter disbelief, they started running a machine on my nails to chip off the nail paint. In the process they have chipped off my nails also. Now my nails are weak, uneven and painful. I need to wait for my entire nails to regrow. For people who can’t imagine, this chipping machine was similar to the wood chipping machines in a carpenter’s store. I WOULD NEVER ADVICE ANYONE TO GO THERE ???

DISHONEST. Im a regular with Nailz Gallery, putting up with attempts of upselling and pushy tactics to sign more packages and stuck to the chain over the past years. The ladies have always been nice and chatty so i didn’t really mind coming back. I even left a good Google review for another outlet a few months back. What happened today left me extremely disappointed and made me rethink if i should consider taking my business elsewhere. Upon checking out, the staff claimed that she used a callus treatment on my feet despite never once informing me that she is doing so. I have not complained about calluses and the technician never breathed a word on it. I was shocked when she credited a fungus treatment session saying its the same price as the callus treatment. I believe she found a way to profiteer from this β€˜claimed’ treatment after knowing from the other outlet that i have a fungus package. She even tried to ask me to sign up a new package so she can take the treatment off the bill (the treatment which i never asked for and never even knew was performed on me!). Seriously? I felt scammed. With so many options available there is little reason to stick with you anymore. Please clean up your tactics to save your business.
