β β β β β Had my nails done by an extremely talented nail artist (Jia Hui) for my wedding day. I came by without a plan for what I wanted to do and she helped me talk through my ideas until we finally settled on a mixture of diff designs from different photographs. From start to end Jia Hui was very professional and thorough with her service.
She went above and beyond to make sure my nails were just right. Even staying back beyond closing time to ensure everything was perfect! I highly recommend coming here and asking for her to do your nails.
I'm so excited to show off my beautiful nails at my wedding!!! Thank you Jia Hui!! <3

β β β β β Came in for an express mani. I give 5 stars for being, to date, the only salon (and specifically this branch) that actually files off the little bits of thin nail that cling under your nail tips after filing. Most places just leave it.
Eh, you'll get the usual "you sure you don't want (more expensive option)" but it's not as bad as other places can be.

β β β β β I asked prices for panicure and pedicure and after starting I realize certain things will cost additional fee, so I kept asking and confirming after they would offer and almost everything was for additional price. Without additions I paid total of $50 (USD) which I think is slightly on expensive side but I they a good job overall. Just be aware of pricing and extra fees

β β β β β Less than 3 hrs after the manicure, and I didn't do anything with my hands, except having dinner. One picture worths thousands of words. I think my own manicure skills can match theirs.
Besides, even though I have a package with them, they always have many ways for additional charges. Moisturizing base $15, basic top coat $5, quick dry $15. These are quite essential for manicure, can't be avoided. I don't know if they didn't brush the top coat carefully because I didn't choose to use the quick dry. Or they are just always careless. Either way is bad.
They may also give you an option to buy a bottle of quick dry for your own use, costs around $60. I'll try to finish my package asap. Never come back.

β β β β β OMG i just got my nails done and I felt like i was held hostage at this place! they kept hard-selling me to the point where i started getting stressed and flustered. the ladies who did my pedi and mani stood on either side of my chair and kept asking me to buy the package. i have never experienced such a hard sell in my life. I was also getting late for my meeting, when i went to pay at the counter they wouldnt even let me pay and kept talking about buying the freaking package. WHAT EVEN!!!! Please dont treat your customers as numbers if they show that they're not interested you cant stress them out to the point of them buying the package. I ended up saying htat im late for a meeting and that was not well recieved by them. they then relunctantly accepted my payment for today. BTW they totally have hidden costs too. my bill was sO much more than i actually saw on the sheet because they have costs like cutting cuticles extra $10 or putting soap in the pedi bath for $15!!!!!!
DONOT recommend this place at all. NEVER GOING BACK

β β β β β I love all the manicurist here especially, Jiahui. They are nice and they dont hard selling. I bought my package at my comfortable level. They are friendly and helpful. I would not change to other outlet even I stay in the west of Singapore.

β β β β β I've never been a regular at any nail salon but I have become a regular at this outlet. The staff here are all super friendly and competent. They usually would recommend appropriate packages and are priced for value. It is perfectly ok to say no if you experience 'hard selling'.
