★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman at the Transtar Travel swindled us. We payed 60 SG dollars for two tickets from Singapore to Malacca and to be dropped of at our hotel. At the bus station we got a bus without the luxe seats plus we were dropped of at Malacca Sentral and not out our hotel! ? Book your tickets online!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just a building mainly occupied by bus companies that ply various routes from Singapore to Malaysia, among others.
There are no waiting areas as guests are forced to wait around along the road with their luggage.
The washrooms are in an extremely sorry state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located about 10 minutes from Singapore's CBD (Central Business District) area this terminal provides express buses service to most main destinations in Malaysia and Thailand. Booking of ticket is made easy with many online available like Easybook which I recomend and use myself with much in-app discount here and there. Most of the time I will get my bus to Kuala Lumpur for early morning trip at 1230 am after work which eliminate hassle of going to Larkin Sentral Terminal in Johor Bahru which provides the same facility. The only drawback that I experienced sometime was the inconsistency of departure time of some of the bus service. For this reason I would advice anybody whose trying to get a flight from KLIA using TBS terminal in Kuala Lumpur for airport express train transfer to plan your journey early ahead to avoid any inconveniences.
