I have booked a ticket stated to depart at 0930, yet the bus depart at 1100. If you plan to delay or cumulative a good amount of passengers (before depart), please at least let us know in any sort of possible way since you have our phone number (from the booking process). Please be responsible a bit as we (passengers) book the ticket at specific time as we have schedule to catch up. Hope you can improve in the future

Worst service.. it's a big scam in singapore transport. Please guys dont ever book ur trip in billion stars Express. U will get cheated. We booked for 1 :45am bus and Waiting here from 1am and the bus never arrived. Then again we waited for the next bus at 6:16 am bt the counter is stil closed.. these people are cheating other by faking the bus co.pany which doesn't operate.. dont fall into the trap.. we couldn't contact anyone regarding the travel.. all the contact numbers on the website are unavailable.. wasted nearly 300 dollars booking for 5ppl.. out whole trip is spoilt coz of this bullion star.. I hope this scam is dealt seriously.. fraud company

Would recommend for the affordable price. The bus was clean and comfy. But the bus management isn't good. No seat number, the driver doesn't check our ticket when we want to enter the bus. It's possible to enter without having a ticket, seriously. The bus come late and start 1 hour late from the schedule. The bus speed max just about 80km/hour, so it take more than 6 hours to arrive at Kuala Lumpur. But if you have a minimum budget, this bus is suit for you. This bus offers the cheapest fare compared to others.

Ok experience. Check in was empty, tried to call the numbers with no answer. Eventually someone picked us up to go to the bus. No hassle at the border. No hassle on arrival. The bus had spacey seats and was clean. Would recommend considering the price.

I travelled from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore on 6 Aug 2019. I choose the company because pick up point in downtown: Berjaya Time Square and drop off point at Lavender MRT which has direct bus to my house. Bus schedule to depart 12.30. Bus arrive 45 mins late. No apology from Driver and he is rude. He didn't open the bus door right away but was busy looking at his phone while I was waiting in front of the bus door and for him to come down to open the baggage compartment. I asked him while he's late and he replied "tak nampak jalan jam?" (Can't you see there's traffic?). An unacceptable answer as Start Mart Express bus which also depart at 12.30 arrives at pick up point by 12.15 and departs on time. He didn't even try to help me putting in my luggage. Then 3 hours into the trip, the bus broke down in the highway!!!! and pulled over to the road side. As it tried to go back into the lane, the bua caused an accident!! 2 cars behind the bus crashed into the back and side of the bus. And cause major jam in the highway. The passengers were stranded by the road side in the afternoon heat without driver explaining anything. Another bus company took pity on us and willing to pick up passengers until Larkin Central free of charge. I supposed to arrive in Singapore at 5.30. I ended up arriving at 10pm. Billion Star should have its license suspensed.

I won’t never ever try this Billion Stars Express . They sold over tickets and the bus was full . And the un-polite driver ask to wait next bus . Next bus arrived after 1 hour 15 mins then full again and asked to wait next bus again. so , passengers have to wait on the road side in the late middle of the night . Very un-responsibility and poor arrangement . I wish the bus company will Bankrupt soon .

WORST COACH COMPANY EVER! If you’d like to spend money on a coach that breaks down 20 mins into your ride, leaving you stranded on the expressway for 2 hours with zero updates on what happened, and have roadside emergency services tow your bus and remove you in their tow truck, this great adventure can be found with Billionstars (really, it should be Zerostars). So the driver told us the next bus has been arranged by the company, and the wait is approx 4 hours as it makes its way down from KL. He quickly changes his story to tell us he doesn’t know for sure where the other bus is cos he can’t make any contact. Absolutely ridiculous. Was left to take a grab back to Golden Mile to purchase tickets with another company.

Very bad experience.Bus delay waiting for an hour from boarding at jb. Bus condition worst of the worst,some more 3 schedule time slot all pack into 1 bus.. What kind of bus services..like hell!! Seat seated not same as booking,inform bus driver & reply us said free seated..then what for we do booking and choose the seat. At the end need to seat at the end ,super not comfortable . Interior seat all dusty. Please think twice and wisely before u book this bus company for any journey Would put a -100% if applicable .
