Really comfortable seats with recliners function at the back and the legs. Thin blanket was provided and a bag of cookie. Was disappointed they did not provide any mineral water albeit them displaying all patrons of gold class will receive one. I think it’s worth the experience for movies greater than 2 hours.

Great and wonderful to come during weekdays on Tuesday! Forget is GV members promo on this days Only GV that have automated check in counter to enter and we try enter eariler 10 mins movie starts and didnt allow us in. Been so long that my sis n me watched movie at GV n at this area!

Great central location, not very crowded even on weekends. Have never encountered any unpleasant experience at this branch, and I've tried both normal and gold class seating here. Definitely will keep coming back here for future movie dates with friends.

If the automated machine doesn’t accept Apple Pay/Samsung Pay, Management should look into putting a signage at the machine area for people to read, and not expect us to see it on the screen for that few seconds. Came here to catch a movie but it was such an unpleasant experience from the non user friendly automated machine to the unhelpful manager. Even the trainee staff had a decency to assist me in a more helpful manner even though she couldn’t provide us with much solution. The automated machine apparently doesn’t accept Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. So after we have chosen our tickets and attempted to pay using Apple Pay on our watch, our transaction was voided even though we recvd a notification that our card was charged. The trainee staff was helpful and tried to help us and tried to direct us to other experienced staff who was also nonchalant on our problems and just pushed us to the manager. Manager just told us flat out, Apple Pay and Samsung pay will never work on the machine. And did not offer us any other help. Any service oriented staff would have offered to help us with the booking or at least brought us back to the machine to assist us with the booking. In the end, it was the trainee staff who helped us, and even assisted us to get our popcorn as all the delay almost made us late for the movie. I am very disappointed with the level of service shown by GV SUNTEC CITY. We would think twice before visiting GV SUNTEC CITY again.

A few months ago, I tired my 1st GV Gold class. Yesterday, I brought my spouse to mark her special day. Despite it's cold but the bracket (provided) make us feel like we're at home. Watching the movie (Top Gun - Maverick) with a relaxing mind and comfortable environment. I strongly recommend anyone to try, enjoy and strengthening beautiful memories with each other.

Choose to go weekdays afternoon, this could save you loads of money. The ticket doesn't come with food/beverage. Comfy seats and a thin blanket provided.

Great place to hang out with friends and family for great movie. Have the first class as well. Wide range of snack and drink to purchase while watching the movie. Highly recommended. Better than other cinema. ❤️

Watched a movie here yesterday at Cinema Hall 3. The service here was much better compared to the first time when I came to watch a movie. Maybe because the particular rude young Malay staff wasn’t there…? Anyway, my experience there yesterday was a pleasant one, the seats were comfortable too? Haven’t tried their Gold Class experience but I will soon.
