This is a famous stall at Amoy Food Centre. Every work days lunch time this stall will have long queue for its beef Hor Fun. The wait can be as long as 15-20 mins. So either you go there before 11:30 am or be prepared to wait. Is it worth the wait and the price? I think it is. So give it a try

Was here on a weekday afternoon. Usually if you come around 2pm, they are sold out. I heard their beef hor fun is pretty famous, but I ordered the beef fried rice ($4.50) as I was craving it that day. At 12.20pm, it turned out to be the last portion of fried rice as they were out of rice. The fried rice has a good portion of beef in it. I just thought it strange to have beansprouts in the fried rice. I also tasted a peanut taste, so I'm not sure if they were using peanut oil to fry the rice. Would not recommend the beef fried rice.

Visited during weekday lunch. Stall is located on the first floor. Be prepared for a long queue as the stall is very popular. They have quite a variety to choose from but the Black pepper beef hor fun seems to be their signature dish. The hor fun is silky smooth and well cooked. It doesn't clump into a block of flour. The black pepper sauce is indeed a lovely accompaniment to both the hor fun and the beef. It's not too spicy but you get the lovely aroma of the pepper that whets my appetite. The beef slices are thinly sliced but so juicy and tender. It goes perfectly with the hor fun as you slurp all in the same spoonful. The cabbage adds that nice subtle sweet crunch to the dish and rounds out the flavours dimensions. For the spicy lovers, do add on the green chilies for the zi char styled kick. Super crowded but aunty would walk to the back to ask for order. But waited for a while as they cook by batches and unfortunately, no one else ordered the same beehoon as me. People behind me have their food before me and it was until I reached the very front then I have my food cooked

The beef hor fun ($5) had very tender beef slices but the gravy was too salty.

Leaning towards the sweeter end but if you're willing to accept this you're in for a treat cause, THIS IS AWESOME. Key difference, the hor fun noodles are HOT, where the kway teow itself are fried with the sauce instead of a hot sauce scooped on cold kway teow, yes i'm looking at all the mass cooked stalls out there. There's love infused on this plate on top of wok hei. Beef isn't the best but its tender. On point with prices as well with $4.50 (R) | $6 (L), this is the $6 plate. I'd definitely come again. Auntie is very friendly as well

The fried beef hor fun and wet hor fun is out of this world. I’ve been going back again and again especially for the taste of ‘wok hei’ and the tenderness of the beef. The green chillies that comes with this dish range from medium to high spiciness so be warned! Auntie of this stall is nice and they are extremely quick as well. Price point and the amount is just pure worth. Two thumbs up!
