★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite stalls in Amoy and also among the most comforting banmian stalls in SG! both their non-spicy soup and tomyam banmian are so good and comforting that i used to eat them few times a week pre-COVID. a wide variety of ingredients in each bowl - makes me feel like i'm satisfying a mini steamboat craving each time i eat @ Xinheng!
their broth also feels light but tasty, not the sort where you taste MSG after drinking the soup. this place is very much an under-the-radar gem! i wish they would move to my hood already!
