★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's a WATCH shop, but they don't let you try on the watches. you go to their website, see what you like, order and arrange for an appointment to pay and pick it up. how are we supposed to know if the watch is in good condition or it fits our wrist? very weird business model and good luck to all potential buyers.

Went to enquire about an old Steve McQueen explorer but wasn’t what I wanted but and ended up buying an overpriced strap because I felt I needed to do something because they wee desperate. Don’t waste your time - better dealers around

The owner was very courteous and knowledgeable about rare watches, we agreed on a price and completed the transaction. He deals straight and explained everything upfront. A true gem in Singapore. Oh he has two beautiful assistants in the shop too :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely experience at this shop! I needed some help with appraisal on some vintage watches left by my husband and called around. None of the shops in town were knowledgeable enough about these watches, until I met the owner of GR Luxury. He gave an honest opinion on my watches (with auction research and market analysis!). The other dealers tried to buy them at half the price! I ended up selling two watches to him, and left one on consignment. When the last watch was sold, they called me up and informed me that money was ready to be transferred into my bank account. This is a gem of a place, and I will keep coming back.
