The delay was so bad I need to feedback about my experience!

i waited for more than 2 hours for the food to come, and now I am still waiting for the customer service hotline to answer my call. No one is answering my call. This was a terrible experience and I am very angry

Ordered food from Grabfood recently and by the time my food arrived, it had turned very soaky and cold. Delay was quite bad and wasn't informed.

Hi Grabfood, while it’s understandable that you’re trying to milk the monopolized market by adding an optional $3 add-on fee for users to get priority delivery, it’s certainly shocking that you’re loading each grabfood rider with MORE orders at one go just to make this new $3 add-on fee seem more attractive. Cheap tricks indeed. We ordered at 12.20pm and was informed the estimated time is 1.20-1.35pm, followed by 1.40-1.55pm, then 2.10pm. We were initially comfortable with the wait given it’s lunch time but after being lied to twice / thrice, it’s questionable if this estimation is even accurate anymore. When called your hotline to request for cancellation after multiple delays, your customer service questioned if I’ve contacted the driver to check on delivery status - what were you expecting the driver to say when you’ve overloaded them with multiple orders and risk being rated poorly due to your cheapened services? After informing her that I’ve not, she goes on to say that the driver is on the way (wow finally my turn when I’m about to cancel?) and I can’t do so. Like any hungry soul, I insisted my way since the food would be soggy by now after close to an hour. It’s really unfortunate that your Grabfood services have evolved to such state despite Grab group’s attempted CSR efforts to “support” Grab drivers. Absolute disappointment.?
