My SEAGATE HardDisk got below problem

I searched online for several vendors and finally decided to go with Greenenergy. They took about 2 weeks to recover 99% of data, which was so awesome, many other vendors told me my data was gone for good. Obviously I am over the moon as the data meant the world to me. Chanced upon Greenergy and glad that I spoke to Mr. Tang as he gave me the confidence that I’m likely to recover the data. Though the location may not be the most convenient one, the outcome of the recovery matters the most. Happy to be able to recover 100% of the data as I almost lost hope as my external hard disk is celebrating its 13th birthday this year.

Although I did not manage to recover anything but I am amazed by their profession, efficiency and friendliness. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall really appreciate they helped me recovered all the data on my damaged harddisk, free evaluation, no data no charge, full detailed list of folders for me to check, fast service I was able to collect within 1-2 days.
If one thing I could suggest they improve on is customer service, everything is pretty DIY meaning you need to ask/ make request proactively yourself. No one really explained to me in details what happened to my disk, I needed to call them in order to figure out as I was in panic. Also the reception lady didn’t really give clear instructions during collection until I requested myself to check the recovered files.
But successfully recovered data matters the most at the end of the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really thankful to have found them when my harddisk crashed. They are quick to diagnose the issue upon arrival (~30mins) and detected a badly scratched data platter, and crashed tead head. Throughout the recovery process they are also very responsive whenever I check in. It took around 8 days for data to be recovered.
In all, I think they are good in what they do and would recommend them to anyone who needs help in data recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within about 4-hours their diagnosis of my Mac ssd was "chipset failure and memory cell badly damaged, data can be recovered, but chance of recovery may not be high due to memory cell badly damaged". After 7-days they had not only recovered all my data but the damaged ssd was bootable again. I was able to clone it to a new ssd and get my Mac to its original state.
There was no fuss dealing with them and I can recommend Greenergy to anyone that needs a data recovery service.
