HOOGA @ PLAZA SINGAPURA - 68 Orchard Rd

Go to PS buy pillow and staff highly recommended ZOEY. she claims that this is best pillow in Hooga, with good reviews, and best for neck. I told her I felt this pillow was hard a bit but she very confident tell me that sleep 2 - 3 the pillow will turn soft. With her professional words, I pay for it. After sleep 3 day, all 3 day I didn't sleep well, have bad neck pain and headache. I am very upset with the purchase. And she seems know the problem will happen as at the payment point keep telling me no refund or exchange..... Now I stuck with it as had waste money to purchase new pillow...

I bought a bean bag from plaza Singapura outlet. Unfortunately the bean beads wasn’t available. But we still proceeded with the purchase . Since we were moving into our new home we needed the beads urgently. The next day We went over to another hooga outlet at Great World” city to see if we can collect the beads but the staff there was not helpful at all. We even showed the receipt but she refuse to help us . It was the same company but just a matter of different outlets where we don’t see a problem in collecting the beads. It was a rather disappointing experience with hooga . Infact we purchased a lot from them and member yet there was no proper assistant rendered .

Bad service, shown us attitude when we ask if there's any sample or tester for the scent. Mid age lady.

Nice and creative products, however was turned off by the staffs at cashier and decided to abandoned our purchase. We were at Plaza Singapura outlet, and have been waiting for more than 10mins to pay for our purchase although we were just 2nd in line. The staff did not assure us or explain what’s holding them back. We had to approach the staff to check if we could do our transaction at the 2nd counter, and only then they explained that the 2nd cashier is not working. Furthermore, we were treated with no eye contact and no apology for the delay. I hope the staffs pays more attention to customer service in this aspect.

Items are pretty and affordable. But if only the middle aged plus sized lady at the counter shows more professionalism, courtesy and smile, the outlet would be a better place to shop at.

The items sold are very well-designed. Can be expensive. Sales staff is non-existent in the store though..

The quilt is on sale. However, when I opened it, it was without plastic bag and looked like it had been used... I spent almost 70 dollars for this. And yes, the salesperson said no return for these products.

Very bad service and lazy staff!! Website shows shop closing at 9pm. I quickly rushed to Hooga Plaza Singapura and was so happy that I made it by 8:45pm (decided to take this photo after few minutes though). So I reached 15mins before the shop suppose to close and politely asked the staff while showing (from my phone) the timing shown on their website. Surprisingly the Hooga guy standing at the door rudely and sarcastically answered me "we still need to do some stocking!!" Unbelievable!! Hooga??? What are you, F&B that has last order? Please change your operating hours to 8:30pm so that your lazy staff may have enough time to do his before-closing-tasks. Service by these kind of people ruins the company's brand name. Such a waste for a company carrying such brand--Hooga, but having such unprofessional staff with you. I wonder why are you hiring such lazy people. PS: I know what I will buy that's why I rushed to your shop. I didn't came there to just walk around. I am a regular customer!
