for your information, your service staff placed the milk foam at the bottom of the cup for macchiato drinks claiming its because its a blended drink. I had ordered mocha macchiato only to find that the foam had become blended together with the drink portion.

Staff is nice and I love milk tea grass jelly

The macciato is just not that nice, and they don't have lid or knife to let you sip it. $2.90

I prefer their bubble tea compare to all other famous brands. It was cheap, $2.80 for a medium size. The thing attract me is the bubble that is always soft even after some time, unlike most of the brands in the market where the bubble get hard just a while after expose to ice.

The lady staffs today at 31 December was EXTREMELY rude. There is an auntie who is not sure what flavour to choose and the pricing. There is no queue so the staff can at least help her decides and introduce the auntie what to buy. Instead, the staff was impatient n keep shouting at the auntie. Then, the auntie called the lady Auntie, n that lady shouted so loud, even the fruit stall people can hear: Wei, dont call me Auntie. I still young not old! Do u have to be so blunt n rude? U get old one day too. Please educate your staffs to have more manners. The previous staffs are way better than this

The guy at cashiering was rude when I requested to separately pack. Prior to today's experience, I ordered via Grab, but it didn't proceed to the kitchen even after 30mins. I've never had bad experience in other outlet except for Bedok. This is the 4th time I had issue with this outlet. The service here is just bad compared to other outlet in my opinion.

Ordered with itea app. Waited 30mins for a drink when there's not much ppl in the queue. The cashier said ohh we don't update our queue number displayed, you should come and ask us. Bruh then what's your queue number for if you don't update it. They didn't even apologise smh

I ordered the following drink: Earl Grey milk tea + Brown sugar pearl The Earl Grey tea itself was $2.30 and the addition of brown sugar pearl was $0.80. Given the relatively higher price of the topping (compared to regular pearls at $0.30), I think it's fair to expect that the brown sugar pearl comes with the brown sugar syrup that it was cooked in. This was also the reason why I ordered 0% sugar, in anticipation that there would be sugar syrup from the pearls. I ordered the drink this way, because I wanted a similar drink to the standard brown sugar pearl milk tea, but with Earl Grey milk tea instead. However, when I received the drink, I received just a small scoop of pearls (I cannot tell if they were regular or brown sugar pearls) with no additional syrup. When I returned to the shop to clarify, they said that I had to pay an additional $0.90 for brown sugar syrup (this topping was not displayed anywhere on the menu), which means I have to pay additional $1.70 for the toppings alone, and total $4 for a drink compared to the price of $2.90 for the standard menu item. How is this even logical? If brown sugar syrup were a separate topping item, I would appreciate that being displayed on the menu. Otherwise, I would just have been better off to order the regular pearls, and then to order the syrup in addition to that.
