★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food and service! We have eaten at a lot of HDL branches and the collagen soup base of this branch is one of the best we have tried (along with the 313 branch).
We loved our server huiyi (picture attached) - she is attentive, always asks what else we want and has a lovely personality. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to enjoy Chinese hotpot. The first impression of This new restaurant is that it is very clean and atmospheric. Food and service are as good as expected. Only issue is that you can’t freely choose snacks and fruits due to COVID.

My first time dinning at HDL, spending only $28 per pax.
The promo set of $19.9 c/w one soup base and 10 dishes you can choose from the list. Decent set that would fill you.
The fried noodle is quite addictive.
The gimmicky bear coke - v kawaii but the coke is flat and tasted blend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the tomato and pepper pig stomach soup. We ordered quite an assorted meat and vegetables. To get the sauce, you need to go to the condiment bar and someone is there to serve (due to Covid). The same place to get your desserts. There is attending service personnel to service your table. Service staff were very polite and tried their best to take care of us even giving us water and serving cold desserts.

I really love the food in this haidilao and their service is amazing.
When we were waiting they served us snacks and water as well as made us do a survey on how we can improve their quality of food.
They even took our order and were incredibly professional about it and only recommend vegetarian soup bases. There are only three - mushroom,tomato and spicy mala. My favourite is tomato and mushroom. I eat them with the haidilao special dipping sauce (no beef) and sesame dipping sauce. They taste heavenly.
However, they can improve on adding more varieties of vegetable in the menu as vegetarians might have more to dip in their soup.
The service is professional and efficient. I asked them for a coke bear (as seen on social media). However, that is only applicable on weekdays. Instead, they gave us rabbit pudding.
Overall, a good place and must visit.
