★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wisma outlet is clean, spacious abit “ Japanese “ style. Very good customer service ( as usual ) food serve very fast and fresh. We ordered Sichuan and pork broth BUT the pig stomach in the soup is a little “ 腥” other than that, it’s perfect. Will go back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haidilao has always been a model of consistency for steamboat and the Wisma outlet was the same in terms of flavourful soup bases and fresh ingredients as well as the service which was the standard. Interestingly, there was a tag which could be hung at the side of the table like a "do not disturb' sign that i found to be a considerate measure for people who wish to chat in private while dining ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened Haidilao, one of the few along Orchard Road that is always packed (which HDL outlet isn’t?). This place is rather smallish though the seating areas are bigger than the older outlets. The alleyways are also bigger.
However do note that there’s no toilet in this outlet (similar to the one at Marina Square).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haidilao never let us down! This new branch is just as amazing as others. Their environment is pretty good and their food material is also very fresh! The waitress was very helpful and attending and she constantly checked with us whether we need anything! And they also gave us a bear float dessert! Love it

Not a cozy vibe, but nonetheless pleasant.
The staff were very attentive and friendly.
Ask for their haodilao style noodles and they'll put on a show for you. Highly recommended.
The beancurd and grass jelly desert are free and very good too.
The sauce stations have a lot of choices.
Make sure you were their plastic gloves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great as usual and we got a slice of cake and mini fruit platter as it was a birthday celebration. My only gripe is that this branch seems to be slightly understaffed, but which may be due to lifting of covid restrictions. Nevertheless, the staff remains polite and tried her best to attend to the diners promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is crazy. Very attractive taste of 麻辣香锅(málàxiāngguō, 마라샹궈). You just select a reasonable amount of your favorite ingredients. (Prices will differ depending on the weight of categories such as vegies, meat, fish, etc.)
Quite affordable. Medium hot level is mildly hot. Clean and kind service. I can come here everyday, or at least every weekend. :)
