โ โ โ โ โ 2021-04: Typical Hans outlet with a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.
Food was good as always. I had the omlette.
2021-05: not a fan of the chicken stew, the pork belly seemed better.

โ โ โ โ โ Was rather packed during a weekday lunch, but managed to get a seat. Self-service to grab your food and return your food too. Overall, food was average and sufficient for a quick Western lunch spot in the mall. They have local dishes too which we didn't try.

โ โ โ โ โ The Cashier lady who prepared the coffee seemed inexperienced and slow, her version of Kopi was terrible, and she served it very clumsily to the customer before me, spilling the coffee all over the tray. When she passed my coffee to me, it was no different, as you can see in the photos. Breakfast was ok, but I really came for the coffee and was sorely disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ Han's is an institution in Singapore, having been around since I was a boy. It's amazing that they are still around today, given how cut-throat the F&B industry is.
I think what works is their simple, unpretentious menu, which has pretty much stood the test of time.
The set meals are nice and good value. My grilled dory was done very nicely, and was really delicious. The fried hor fun (kway teow) was yummy, with the unmistakable wok hei elevating this humble dish to a whole new level.
If they maintain this level of great taste, I think they will be here to stay for a long while.

โ โ โ โ โ What happen? The presentation is good but chicken chop has a very bad chicken smell. 2 person tried and same comment. Is it not cook or marinate properly? Returning the whole chicken chop. :(
