Very very polite in service. I have asked for extra salad for crispy chicken rice they don't bill extra. Thank you. Very tasty crispy chicken rice it was.

Long queue but they more interested in packing food for food delivery. Also saw the meat are very badly burnt

Very nice Japanese BBQ meat and rice. But the pricing is not cheap. Ordering the set meal and selecting from the wide variety are the same pricing. No discount for choosing set meal. If the set meal is not exactly what you would like to eat. Better to choose your own kind of BBQ meat.

They close at 930pm but unlike other outlets they start cleaning their grill at 820pm, which means while other F&B nearby are overflowing with hungry customers, this place is quiet by 830pm and food is cold. And it is the 5th time I have seen this.

Good food. However, be sure to check if cashier enters the products correctly.

Tori-Q @ Hillion branch. This happened last saturday when I went out with my friend to buy some Chicken Skin at Tori-Q. We ordered 4 chicken skin and paid at the cashier. We straight away went out. When I realized that it was missing 1 piece, I was a bit confused as I remembered ordering 4pcs, but I didn’t mind. However the kind staff of Tori-Q was actually hurriedly looking for us and eventually found us at another food stall. She explained the situation, and said sorry to us. I find it hilarious how she found us but also feel really grateful for her actions. She came back and gave us the 1pc chicken skin with extra meatballs. I SALUTE to their service. It’s only 1 pc of chicken skin, we know it didnt cost much but the staffs were so thoughtful of finding us and gave us that 1piece. It made my heart ❤️ so happy to received this kind of treatment. I hope many people will learn this kind of attitude, true and thoughtful of their services. Thank you staffs of TORI-Q @ Hillion Branch. ?

Great service from the crew got my food fast and easy. Food was hot and delicious 10/10 will visit again
