Sold us faulty Canon printer which prints so blurry. I found out n called back within 2 weeks and they refuse to help at all. Too bad for me, I just have to bring to Canon for repair and be stuck with problematic printer.

The sales promoter at the soundbar section is really friendly and knowledgeable! He shared with me the different types of soundbar and guided me to purchase the right soundbar for my old projector setup! Will definitely recommend:-)

So big store don’t have PayNow option Ask me to pay cash to get discount price, but where to withdraw few thousand $cash in a day so fast? So I proposed Paynow option and heard from them don’t accept Paynow, Other cashier counter staff all trying to help but the girl name Huizhen just so stubborn and stopped others help trying. And she even mentioned to me that don’t accept paynow because they can only receive money 2days later. Come on…. Is that funny? Harvey norman can’t accept PayNow? Which is widely using everywhere in Singapore.

Every now and then, one stuck-up salesperson can kill a first time homeowner's enthusiasm for furniture-shopping and visualising spaces for a new home. One such salesperson is an auntie who works at Harvey Norman Centrepoint SEALY. She probably thinks she's very high up there because she works in an orchard branch. Fortunately, I already bought from another Harvey Norman branch and let her nice, humble colleague earn the commission instead. I happened to be in orchard that day and wanted to double check I picked the right Sealy mattress and there this old, shrivelled, judgy, prickly witch was.. just my luck to step into her lair. She asked what I was looking for. I said "I am just looking around because I already bought a mattress. Want to compare the mattresses." To which the witch replied, "There's nothing to compare because the prices are all the same. Do you need ANOTHER mattress?" Oh, are the prices really ALL the same across ALL Sealy mattresses? Or was that a witch's judgy brain telling her Sealy is above my league? Lol. After that I told her, "I guess I should be going then?" Rude, condescending witch.... People can't shop at Harvey Norman is it? Only people who definitely will buy from her can shop there? Harvey Norman, please do something about this old woman.

Harvey Norman outlet @ Centrepoint heard its quite new. Click & Collect is available as well at the right side (corner). Wide range of laptops available. For some items need to preorder and collect later but its fine. Service is good, staff are very helpful. ? Home and furnishings is located beside the "Gaming Laptops". There's a little entrance to it. Cover most of your basics, if you need more can look online as well. ? Do visit the place! Generally not crowded so if you need any assistance its quite easy to get help!

Bought 2 IMG SCANDI leather Recliner chairs with Ottomans last month. Furniture department salesman Joseph Chea was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Was happy with his sales service. Unfortunately, when the Recliners with Ottomans were delivered to my home, I discovered that 1 of the Recliners had a faulty adjuster (screw cover was missing) and both Ottomans appeared to be slightly shaky. These apparent defects were also noted by the HN delivery man who told me to get in touch with HN Customer Service to deal with the defects. Straight after the delivery I contacted HN Customer Service and was attended to by a Ms Nurul. She handled my complaints both politely and professionally and told me what to do in order to get HN Customer Service to deal with my complaints. Again I was happy with the service(now after sales service). Sadly the actual HN after sales Customer Service which dealt with my complaints via WhatsApp was poor. They took 2 days to get back to me. No apologies for the defects. Totally lacking in EQ which is a basic requirement in Customer Service. Bottom line HN WhatsApp Customer Service was dragging its feet to attend to my complaints. I then decided to go directly back to the HN shop for help. Fortunately was attended to by the same HN salesman Joseph Chea who handled my complaints very well , professionally and solved the matter without anymore hassle. Thumbs up to Joseph Chea and Ms Nurul but a BIG thumbs down to HN Customer Service WhatsApp.

Tried the printing kiosk service, it was a smooth process with the help of Elsa and the rest of the attentive staff.
