Quite like the idea of collectively bringing in several famous hawker stalls into one area, allowing for patrons like us to try out all the good food around Singapore in just one place! Execution was great too, having a good mix of fried rice, curry rice, bak chor mee, prawn noodles, and light snacks for those that are looking for a plate to share ? on top of that, they managed to keep prices affordable in ION! Verdict for BCM: Wasn’t the best I have tried, dumplings were good but the broth and meatball didn’t taste like much.. 3 stars for this ⭐️ Will return to try the rest and add my verdicts accordingly.

Absolutely amazing! The place is very convenient and the staffs are super friendly. Hygience wise, the place was very clean and there wasn't any unpleasant smell. As for the staffs, they are awesome as their attitudes are always positive. Also, the way they show enthusiasm in their in the tasks they perform is greatly amiable. As for the food here, it was fresh and awesome. Thanks to great staffs and food, I am definitely going back !!

Food court that congregates the country’s most famous hawker stalls including King of Fried Rice, Nam Sing Hokkien Fried Mee, Beach Road Scissors Cut Curry Rice and Famous Eunos Bak Chor Mee. There was a queue system so there was no need to ‘fight’ for a table. The place was clean and spacious. Even PayWave was available. ?? The only downside was the use of disposable plastic cups even for dine-in.

Small place. However, the selection of the food was great. "Branded" stalls that upheld good standards. Have tried the fried rice and curry rice. Both of which were very satisfying. Gave us a food coma after lunch. Highly recommend if you got time to wait for a seat

Love that they were able to put the most popular hawkers in one place and maintain the same hawker prices. Famous Eunos is delicious, as always. The pork cutlet fried rice from King of Fried Rice tasted high quality but pork cutlet was a bit bland The curry pork cutlet is pretty good from Beach Road. The cabbage on the side was amazing

Chanced upon this place, was pleasantly surprised and relatively excited that it houses most of the hawkers that have Michelin stars. Tried Nam Sing HKM, Scissors Cut and Eunos BCM. Would have to say that the quality is nothing near the Michelin outlets tho and the price is definitely much higher (at least for scissors cut). Wouldn’t come back again; the HKM was terribly dry and felt similar to economic beehoon texture + topped with gravy kinda taste. Curry rice was acceptable but expensive and the soup BCM was average. Orchard is a food paradise and the food court in ion orchard itself has much better options imo.

Touted as one of the to-go new eateries at Ion, we decided to have lunch here. They had some of our faves, including Nam Sing hokkien noodles, Jalan Eunos Bak Chor Mee - which allegedly spun off the stalls at Fengshan 85 - and Ann Chin popiah. They also have Hainanese scissors cut curry rice, Jian Bo chwee kueh from Tiong Bahru, and King of Fried Rice. The popiah was excellent and good value at $2.50 each. The bcm was nice snd came with lots of fried pork lard, which boosted the taste. The noodles were qq as well. Just wish the broth was slightly richer, and the wontons less bland. The hokkien mee was pretty good but portion was smallish.

Finally tried one of the top minced pork noodles aka BCM in SG. The soup is much clearer than the one in Bedok south and noodles is on par. Dumplings is good but Bedok south one is better. To me it’s good but I liked Bedok south one more. My wife likes the soup here as she finds Bedok one too oily. Would say it’s a good place to get your BCM fix in town. As for the Mala fried rice from king of fried rice, I cannot really get that Mala taste. It is oily and savory but at $8 with a big piece of good enough pork chop, cannot hiam Liao. On the side, the yam cake is good here but the kopi here is sour which both of us disliked. Tried the Nam Sing HKM, felt was just above average and maybe the original stall is better. The Michelin rated popiah is good as you can see many people ordered. At $2.5 a piece, there are some place with similar tasting at much lower price.
