β β β β β I called hdb Sengkang branch about 1;30pm to feed back about upgrading from my block. I called hdb Sengkang branch hot line two times. I have to hold the line almost 10min for each call but never pick up at all. Just put auto answering that β please hold the we will attend to you shortlyβ. I think it should not the way of hdb customer service.

β β β β β Been there three times, each visit between 10am to10.30am. No one in the reception, no one in the rooms. Only 1 poor service chap attending over the counter. Few people queuing. Can tell they are frustrated. I wonder where they have been to? Buck up your service please!!!
And I still haven't had anything done!
