★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was knowledgeable and specific for the pain and reasons. But it was too overpriced for two bundles of medicine and few piece of pain patch. I never paid over 50 dollars in clinics before, nevertheless I took all different medicine. Plus my girl friend and I went together for the similar reason and get completely the same treatment but she had to pay 10 dollars more (Including insuarance). I should have asked for it but let go because it was too far to come back to the clinic after we noticed. I went there with Google map reputation and came back with disappointment. But treatment worked well with my pain so still thank you for that!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on 16 Oct 2020 to do ears syringing due to impacted ear wax, Polyclinic consultation a week ago went well but the earliest appt on 4 Nov is just too late. Dr Ng C H did the simple procedure for me without a fuss and taught some simple tips on regular maintenance. Expect a 45 min waiting time though, but worth the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this doctor because I had a UTI, and it was my first time to this doctor. He was very polite and kind and very professional. The visit was fast and took less than 20 mins and it was one of my better experiences with a doctor vs. going to a polyclinic (all my experiences there have been quite bad). In future i will come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been seeing Dr Ng for many years. What I really like about Dr Ng is that he is super efficient, not in the sense that he rushes through the consultation, but the queue numbers move very quickly because he comes on time, starts on time, and doesn't waste time doing the unnecessary, like chit-chatting with patients (or allowing patients to tell long stories), or taking a 5-15 minute break after seeing each patient, which some GPs do. Also, a reassuring rather than worst-case-scenario doctor, which is very important. Staff are polite and efficient too.

Since my daughter is very young, unvaccinated and I myself am pregnant, I was so anxious about how’s our situation going to be. However doctor was calm and kind to my kids (they are grumpy and crying), his instructions were very clear to understand. After seeing him, I felt safe and better. I just moved to Ang Mo Kio week ago, but felt so fortunate that this clinic is nearby our place. I can recommend many people to visit this clinic if they have any health issues for asking doctor’s advice.
