Terrible service. Would rate 0 if I had the option. TLDR, save your trip, save your money. Staff and dr completely unbecoming of healthcare workers. Visit Kensington clinic or garden clinic instead. Went in the morning and they closed registration early - was told to return at 3pm. I returned at 2.50pm the same day - registration was ALREADY closed. Checked with the counter staff and the lady was rude and dismissive. She insisted that I read wrongly and told me to check the website timing as PH working hours are different. I checked, and it said 3PM - 6PM - Stated VERY clearly on their website. She dismissed me and said that they decided to open registration at 2PM and are closed for the day because dr loke needs to leave by 4PM. I told her I really needed to see the doctor and she replied “so does everyone else here and dr Loke needs to leave by 4pm.”. Never coming back here - unempathetic, rude and dismissive. This is not how I understand doctors and healthcare workers to be. Extremely disappointing and the reviews here show exactly the same sentiments and experiences that everyone is experiencing from both the counter staff and the Dr. Save your trip and visit another doctor instead. There’s Kensington clinic just 2 doors down. And if need be, garden clinic has superb service by staff AND doctor. Absolutely disappointing and unbecoming of healthcare workers.

Doctor is professional and friendly. No comments about the doctor. The entire Administration is a mess! The processes are either not helping or tripping them. They are not out-right rude, but the tone is not polite and choice of words AND the questions they ask just makes a fool out of you. But my family loves the doctor. So i am stuck to deal with this. Annoys me and in turn annoys them. GG

While Dr Eugene is a nice man, there is no system for the queue number. Despite being the first patient of the day, i had to wait for 1.5hours because "the doctor decides who he wants to see first". Many other patients also expressed frustration that those who came after us got to be seen first. I felt bad for this COVID patient who had to sit outside in the sun for more than an hour.

Strongly DO NOT recommend. We visited a few times, doctor is never punctual. This visit was the last straw. Doctor keeps coming out to dispensary to chit-chat and we spent 45mins waiting despite having only 2 patients in queue. Unprofessional - sms and answer personal calls during consultation. When medicine dropped on the ground under his desk, uses feet to kick it to himself. I consulted him on 3 different issues in 1 visit, but i observed the doctor wrote 3 different visitation dates in my medical card and insurance form despite my reluctance and questioning. Reason given: 1) He is in fact helping me. Medicine cannot be given in collective bulk? In all honesty, it wasn't a lot at all. This was my first time hearing such reasoning from my years visiting GP clinics. 2) Earnings per visitation under insurance claim was very little. "Do u know how much administrative work we have to do for this?" He retorted and as he went on to complain how little he earns per visit because I was using my company's insurance card. (None of my business?) A poor impression was left. If you can help it, do not visit.

Rarely am I moved by such terrible service to post a review. But after being made to sit outside in the sun today for 45 minutes (so far) while the clinic inside is empty I cannot help but make the review. The front desk staff borders on rude and the administration processes… well, there simply aren’t any processes. If you felt sick before you came to visit this hell hole, I’m really quite sure that you will feel a lot worse by the time that you leave!

The worst doctor I have ever encountered- never ask what patient’s symptoms are, nor how long She has been sick. Simply assume and prescribe. And the charges - $106 for a food poisoning consultation, and the doctor said he would “help” claim $55 from the government for the ART test since patient has fever. Am I out of touch with medical cost after COVID? And you would think the wait is short, no! From registration to payment was 1 hour 1 min!

Counter staff not the most pleasant but has been many years so I’m used to it, same as the other person say, close one eye. Dr. Loke is the best doc and is very skilled. In the past 10 years every time a blood test has to be performed, he has done it painlessly and swiftly. Unlike many other staff from other places who struggle with my veins.

Now I used to come to this clinic multiple times ever since I moved here, but the standard has really dropped over the years. Dr. Loke used to be really passionate, would go more in depth and listen to your concerns. The medicine given by the clinic was stronger and better quality too as compared to other clinics I went to. It’s a walking distance from my home which is why I remained a loyal customer for more than 9 years. The last time I went was in 2017, and this was the first time I’ve been back in 5 years. I’m not sure if he’s burnt out or just tired, but there’s a huge difference. The tone, or how he quickly wants to get you out of the room, and how he was late, making all the patients wait. I think there used to be another attending doctor but it’s just him now. I tried to voice my concerns and I was mainly just ignored or shrugged off. Or maybe my fiancé who is covered in tattoos, is that why we were treated differently? The medicine I was given didn’t help at all, in fact my pains became worst. Maybe I was misdiagnosed? Dr. Loke used to be more empathetic and welcoming, I guess the pandemic has burnt him out. The timings on the website isn’t accurate. There’s a lunch break in between from 1-3PM I think. The price has increased, I waited for nearly an hour to just be seen in the room for less than <5 minutes. I was supposed to do a blood test, but tried calling the clinic multiple times, there was no answer. I think it’s better if you’d just go to NEX’s Raffles Medical. The waiting time there is shorter and at least the attending doctor actually listens to your concerns and is empathetic.
