Wanted to visit the clinic so I called them beforehand in attempt to book an appointment. The assistant on the phone hung up on me while I was talking half way. The entire phone call lasted for 26 seconds.

Went to OneCare for a severe migraine issue on 14 dec. The front desk staffs are very polite and answer all my inquiries patiently. The male doctor (sorry, I didn’t check the name) listen to my symptoms and is very willing to help me draft a referral letter to seek a specialist help. Overall the experience is rather pleasant, with almost no waiting time. Despite my severe pain, I would rather travel 4 bus stops because the clinic around my area are unpleasant.. Although, I do appreciate if they would pick up the call..

don’t even wanna give 1 star. i was rly sick w a fever temp of 40° which was evident from my face and an indian desk lady (without the hijab) spoke w no customer service at all to me and my father. she also made me repeat my phone number thrice when i’m already so sick. spotted her talking to other patients nicely. being a fellow indian this was not what i expected. i won’t be going there anym.

Visited the clinic and tell the locum that I have sore throat, chest is painful and tight when cough. Color of the phlegm is dark green. The doc didn’t even bother to check my throat or listen to my lungs. Just tell me go out take ART and medicine and go home. Unprofessional nor caring for the patient. For unknown reason my review is been removed by owner.

The front desk staff are very helpful and composed. Despite the enormous stress they have to face during this period, the young team are opened and responsive to my Qs and for others too. I went there to get my overseas booster record verified and uploaded into system.. Ms Thini was attending to me and I found her friendly and professional. Thank you for leaving a good impression. I will recommend to my contacts if they need consultation.

I went to the clinic on 18 May as I had covid. My head was throbbing and I felt dizzy and winded from the walk to the clinic. I was so glad I did not have to wait long. The clinic assistants and nurses were very friendly and checked in on me to ask me how I was feeling and if I wanted to drink some water before and after the doctor's consultation. Dr Asyik was kind and made sure I had all the medicine I needed. I was nervous about the swab and the nurse and pharmacist made me feel much more at ease. The nurse was very gentle and my worries disappeared soon after. I am very thankful for the kind attention and genuine care that the staff showed me. The smiles in their eyes and their gentle, reassuring manner made a huge difference to my experience at the clinic.

Have never written a google review before but well, this horrendous experience warrants my first review. I’m writing this in place of my mum, who took up a health screening package with OneCare Clinic @ Hougang Ave 8. I used the OneCare Clinic website to schedule an appointment for the health screening and received a confirmation email via automatic reply, stating that we will receive a call from the clinic in a few days. One week passed and we did not receive any calls, hence I decided to call the clinic and the staff said that they didn’t receive any application. Fair enough, technical glitch happens. Made the appointment through the call, confirmed the package multiple times over the call (even the price) and was instructed to proceed down to the clinic before the actual appointment date to collect the Occult Stool Test Kit. When my mum went down 2 days later to collect the stool kit, she was told by the counter staff that her package did not include a stool test. So, I spoke over the phone with the counter staff and confirmed the package again, and my mum brought the stool kit back. On the actual day of appointment, the staff once again is unsure of which package my mum signed up for and ended up with a long waiting time because none of equipment required for the test was prepared. This already reek of utter administrative incompetence. The test itself went okay, apart from the fact that the Pap Smear test hurts more than what she experienced at previous clinics. You get what you pay for, so I thought that was the end of it, but NOPE. About 2 weeks later, we received a call to head down to collect the report. When we went down, we were told that the Pap Smear report was not ready yet and would be notified again to come down and collect it another day, so we collected the results of the rest of the tests and left. Approximately 1 month passed, but no news. So last week, my mum headed down again to check with them on whether the Pap Smear report was ready, but the counter staff said that the report was gone??? They said that they need up to 3 days to find the report, so once again my mum left empty-handed. Today, which is 1 week after her previous visit, she headed down to the clinic and the report still wasn’t there, and the staff told my mum to come back in the afternoon because she came during the peak timing? Like, hello? I’m here to collect a report and still need to accommodate to your timing? This was already our 3rd trip down just to collect our health screening reports, and it’s not even our fault that the report was lost? The best part was that the counter staff said that we are also at fault, because we didn’t come down 3 days after the previous visit. HELLO??? THE AUDACITY? If the report isn’t available after 1 week, why would it magically be around 3 days after the previous visit? Logic much? In the end, they managed to get the lab to fax the report over in 10 minutes. Makes me wonder why they couldn’t have taken the 10 minutes out over the past week to get the report ready. Not sure about their other services, but if you plan to do health screening there, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Taking a little time to write this review since I'm feeling better today and at the same time would like to send my gratitude to Dr Wong. By chance i get to know the OneCare Clinic while Google online, thus, decided to visit the clinic just because I'm Very sick and nearest to my place. The receptionist were attentive upon my arrival and it was not in long queues in the evening times, perhaps i reach at early hours. The fact that the ART test performed by the receptionist were fast, no hassle nor pain occurs were rather pleased but What amazed me was, Dr Wong did some  research on my medical history record even on my First visit, which does not happen often and I'm very pleased to have a Dr who truly care for the patient and to ensure accurate medical treatment is provided. Overall, I'm glad that i had visited the clinic for the right choice and surely recommend. Stay healthy and stay happy ?? Rain ?
