β β β β β Went at 6pm..counter staff say 730pm sure can see doctor as they have many online booking.waited till 8pm and approach the staff.staff attitude was really bad and reply need 1.5hrs more ..don't think they entertain walk in ..only concern for online booking people

β β β β β Doctor is reasonably ok, the waiting time is long despite appt. even the latest intro of application MaNaDr is terrible. The assistant seems not aware to inform backlogging queue that exceeded one hour with multiple backlog case

β β β β β If you can, please boycott this clinic. I have been tolerating its long waiting time because it's the nearest clinic. But yesterday, the frontdesk made a fool out of my husband. He booked an appointment and indicated that he is coming for the last dose of his previously reserved vaccine. He also told the frontdesk that he is coming for the vaccine. Then, he had to wait 45 minutes after his appointment time, and THEN the frontdesk said the vaccine was used. We have already paid $700+ for the vaccines and we have every right to expect it to be there, timely. Now my husband is not vaccinated within 6 months. The clinic refuses to compensate. Greedy clinic who only wants to take money. Sure, you may use the reserved vaccine provided you ensure that the delivery is within a day or so. Unprofessional.

β β β β β The doctor was super skillful! He used different ear flushing equipment to remove the gunk that was causing me terrible headaches for days. The process wasn't even painful at all compared to another clinic i went to. His skill is commendable!

β β β β β Horrible clinic. Need to wait for so long despite with appointment. I seriously wonder what is the booking of appointments for. This will definitely be my last visit. Worst than polyclinic. Even polyclinic is faster. I would give 0 star if I could.
