Dr Wong is very nice and very patience. She will explain clearly ans make sure you understand. Good service with reasonable charges ??

Very confusing when the staff explained to me via call and when i visit the clinic. Some more the staff less of patience. Price higher than others its ok, but pls maintain your customer service level and clarity information is very important

Dr. Wong Sook Yee is absolutely professional in treating patients and takes her time to explain everything in a very understanding way. Her staff are very competent and everything went very smooth and without any hustle... The price for the consultation and medicine is completely fair and reasonable. Thank you Dr. Wong Sook Yee and her staff for such a great treatment.

I have visited this clinic on mid Jan 2022 due to experience chest pain and was getting worst. Hence decided to see doctor. Dr Wong was the doctor who attend to me, according to her, might be lung infection. She did verbally mentioned i should go for x ray but instead of give me referral letter for x ray, she issued referral letter for PCR and gave me 5 days SHN. i did ask the nurse to check with Dr Wong for x ray referral letter and end up nurse said doctor didn't provide but i must go for PCR which is more important. Due to this i have delayed 2 days for x ray, as i have to stay home till PCR negative. Eventually I have done x ray after 2 days, through help from a nurse friend (she is my savior) to obtain a referral letter. Guess what was actually that i have suffered, LUNG COLLAPSE, the term is called PNEUMOTHORAX, which is life threatening. I admitted hospital immediately after x ray. Thank God i managed to get the treatment on time. The above experience from this clinic is HORRIBLE and i almost die as I didn't get the correct treatment / referral letter from this clinic. I would not get any further treatment from this Doctor. I have no choice to give one star as if not i could not post this review. To me, do not deserved any star.

Been going to this clinic for years. The staff have always bee abit rude but the doc was fine. Recently changed to this lady doc who is really quite "goal oriented". I got poked 4 times for a blood test and she made it seem like it was my fault for being dehydrated in the morning. Next time I woke up earlier in order to drink more water but still wasn't enough for her. Went there in the evening after work and she made it seem like I should have ended work earlier to go see her. (when all I needed was to know the blood test result, would have been happy to pay for the consult and do it virtually but they insisted I go down in person) Ultimately since its near my hse I might go back but I've been avoiding them as much as possible especially since I've found telemedicine and they'll deliver the meds to me without grumpy clinic assistants and such a doc.

EDIT: The doctor explained to me the reasons for all these issues I faced wrt service. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in checking through all possible avenues to help me get better as fast as possible, even discussing various ways. I would recommend this clinic and Dr Wong if you're sick and you want to get better fast.

Dr Wong shows empathy towards her patient, despite sometime it takes longer than usual for waiting time, because she is checking her patient thoroughly and also spend time to explain to her patients on care and advice properly. Does proper referral to specialist if required and she even took time to step out of the consult room to check on registering patient if they should be seen in her clinic or sort urgent care instead of waiting and getting referral from her clinic.

Very very slow in process. Counter staffs are not really helpful explaining the facts even though it’s very less crowded. Dr Wong is good in explaining the details but some time she needs to understand our comment and history also as we know better our body how it will respond. Waiting time is too long as I finished my stuff in 1.5 hrs given the fact that one queue number ahead of me. Covid symptoms cases needs to wait outside even though they have enough chairs inside. They could keep some chairs outside but I literally saw more than 10 chairs inside they just keep asking me stand outside on a hot weather and didn’t tell me the reason. When I asked Dr Wong she explained me all that I need to wait outside saying I was coughing. But I have 0% cough or runny nose. Counter staffs should access better and explain the details in service minded. Lot to improve.
