β β β β β I was first to visit that morning, fast service by the receptionist and she was understanding that I couldn't fill in the info so fast because of my flu. Doctor was very thorough and checked everything. But he was a little overly concerned about my stomach discomfort and jumped from possible appendicitis to ovulation pain (could have made a patient very worried with this), in the end turned out to be nothing.

β β β β β This clinic is a newly opened clinic. The clinic assistance (a Malay lady) is not very professional. When I was at the counter asking her question, she was using her phone. She didnβt pay attention to my question, which is fine. She can ask again βSorry, what did u sayβ but her eyes were still on her phone and not even looking at me. This to me is quite rude as a customer service personnel. I didnβt reply her and it took her at least 2 second later to look at at me and ask the same question again. After seeing doctor, the explanation on the usage of the medicine was so rapid that she didnβt even bother if I hear it properly. The whole experience is like, letβs get it off and over. Btw, I am the only patient in the clinic at that time. So, whatβs the hurry ?ββοΈ. Not sure if her role was a clinic assistance or leisure phone userβ¦.. the company should review this again.

β β β β β Went down to send my sick husband for consultation today. Staff at counter was really helpful and friendly, To the extend She help to take care of my girl when I had to attend my husband to vomit, great customer service. Will be my clinic to go again.
