β β β β β They should have update their website if they want to be closed. Upon reaching the clinic saw that Dr is unavailable in the morning (didnt state anything about evening slot), so i waited 1 hour around the area for the clinic to be open at 6pm. Upon reaching at 6pm, they changed their signage at door again saying that Dr is unavailable in the evening. Shouldnt they have just state that dr is unavailable the whole day??? Really wasted my time waiting!!!

β β β β β If u cannot reach there 1 hour before their break time or closing time,don't go!!! They will professionally ask u come again after their break..happened to me twice already.

β β β β β Counter staff can dispense medication quicker. Took a long time after seeing the doctor because she kept registering patients as they enter and is always on the computer. There is no proper system in place to ensure patients are out the door quickly after seeing the doctor, resulting in a crowded waiting area. Not the best arrangement given the current health crisis.

β β β β β Doctor was impatient. Actually pinnacle at Clarke Quay services is very good. But the ones at Sengkang change doctors very frequently. Quality of consultation is very bad.

β β β β β Book appointment for covid-19 vaccination at 9am. Reached there at 8.50am and was given a Q number and had to follow the Q. What is the point of making an appointment if go down there still have to follow the Q?

3 Charlie angels at the counter did their job very well.
Not to forget Dr Chiang. Very nice Dr.

β β β β β This is the first time I gave one star review so far. Actually I wanted to give them zero.
Coming at 10 AM in the morning, very amazing that the receptionist was very attitude and asked me to come at 2PM for register only and see doctor in some time later. Compared with previous receptionist staff , current one cannot speak Mandarin and attitude was very bad, her face seemed like our patients owned her a lot.

β β β β β I would give 0 star if I could. Their hotline always busy cannot be reached.
Came at 11.30am because the timings stated on the clinic door is open 8.30am-3pm for Tuesdays to Fridays. Was told that they close at from 12pm to 1pm for lunch.
Then why donβt you state that on the clinic door just like the timing for Mondays. I understand that doctors need to go for lunch. But if thats the case can you write it down on the door? Stopping telling me βthey never update for usβ, who is the they??
I am sick I came here to see doctor and you tell me to come back again.
This is the first time I came across such strange clinic that donβt put down the correct timings. At least paste a piece of paper there to let all patients know that you donβt take in patients from 12pm-1pm.
