This clinic has the most sarcastic and rude doctor. I literally hurt my back from a bad fall and my lower back hurts, he has the audacity to say "you don't seem to have trouble getting up" beneath his breath thinking i didn't hear it and seem almost unbothered to serve me. What does he want me to do, cry like a baby so he'd believe that I'm in pain. No offence but if I didn't need to get MC to excuse myself from work I won't even bother going through the trouble and seek doctor, there's plenty of medicine out there. Come on I'm as upset about my condition already why the unnecessary treatment. Word of advice maybe hire not just base on higher qualification but also attitude.

Went to this clinic for a doctor consultation and I admit that I did forget to bring my chas card but upon registration, I told the counter staff that I forget to bring my chas card but she didn't tell me whether is the consultation being subsidies and she proceed to register me. After the consultation, the clinic then charged me without subsidy which I offered to go back and take my chas card since my house is nearby only. The rude aunty counter staff then exclaimed in loud voice that must present all the cards during administration so no deduction. Then she went on and asked me what colour is my chas card which I told her is orange colour. Then she said orange chas card can only deduct 10 dollars so just pay now. So I told her 10 dollars also money right. But eventually she let me go back and take the chas card which they could have done it during registration by telling me no subsidy is allowed without the chas card physically proven. Yes, I do have my wrongdoing by not remembering bring the card but you could have remind me or can talk in a nicer way.

Based on my visits, the nurses at the counter provided the WORSE customer service I have seen, especially that senior nurse. When I was queuing, I have observed some sort of discrimination (racial?) towards foreign workers. Rude, loud voice, an impatient attitude towards the patient. When I am being served (a Singaporean) I am being treated differently. Why is that? I understand working in healthcare could be stressful but ALL patients still deserve some respect. I also understand some patients can be rude and so vice versa, don't accept such patients into your healthcare centre. That particular patient was feeling frustrated and helpless, things could have been dealt in a professional manner. I heard discrimination is not against the law in Singapore but in some countries it is against the law. I phoned the health centre once, it was the same senior nurse (very distinct voice) who answered the phone. She was bloody rude, I asked her a question, she said something and the next moment, I could hear her talking to a patient at the counter. Where's the patient confidentiality towards the patient at the counter Where is the professionalism and respect towards the patient(me)? I had to hang up.

Was horribly sick and went to the clinic in need of medical service at around 1235PM. When I was nearing the clinic entrance, one of the nurse was seeing off a patiant and had seen me coming by. The nurse bolted back to the clinic entrance and locked the door. I was confused and stood outside knocking on the door, making multiple attempts to open the clinic entrance door which stated open. At about 1245PM, the same nurse then came out to inform me to return at 2PM as it was their lunch break. Laughable service especially from the health sector. I understand I came to the clinic nearing lunch time which would have been a inconvenience to the clinic, however the nurse does not even have the slightest courtesy to inform me before she went back into the clinic to lock the door and I had to waste 10 minutes of my time. Questionabale operating hours, I checked the time which stated 8AM to 1PM. If the clinic do require longer time for lunch, do state so instead of locking the door and leaving those in need of medical service confused, waiting outside. So many reviews, after reading some of them I can understand why it deserves such rating. No improvement tho so far. From what I see the HR is just copy and pasting apologies. Disappointed.

Such a horrible and unpleasant experience. Came to the clinic yesterday (22 April 2022) at around 420pm, understand that they will be closing at 5pm but both the nurses and doctors were rushing to close ASAP. Both the doctor and nurses were unprofessional, so disappointed. Firstly, I went in for a medical check up. They took my height and weight and im 100% sure the height and weight instruments were very inaccurate because i always take my weight everyday and i know whats my weight and the weight + by 2kg and suddenly my height -2/3cm. Very inaccurate, i suggest they have a better and more accurate instruments. Secondly, when i was taking my blood test in the doctor’s room, the doctor was so unprofessional. After taking blood from my median cubital vein, he did not offer me a tissue nor applied a plaster for me but instead he gave me the wrapper of the alcohol swab and tell me to apply pressure at the my median cubital vein with AN ALCOHOL SWAB WRAPPER. He did not even gave me a tissue or helped me apply the plaster and instead i have to do apply the plaster by myself. Very terrible experience. Usually when taking blood, the doctors or nurses would help to put a plaster for us after taking blood but this, this was very unacceptable. how can i apply pressure while trying to put a plaster while im bleeding out? Horrible. Thirdly, after the blood test with the doctor, it was done and i was still trying to apply pressure while having lots of things on my hand (my file, the plaster given and my bag). I tried to put a plaster but when i remove the alcohol swab wrapper from my wrist to stop the blood, the blood was still flowing alot and it was so messy and bloody. But instead, i saw a nurse just looking at me without giving any helping hand because clearly i needed help and i couldnt do it on my own because the blood was still bleeding so much and how can i apply a plaster on my own? Ridiculous nurses. I then urgently asked for a tissue to help stop my bleeding profusely and to clean the messy blood all around my wrist but then instead after the nurses handed me the tissue she didn’t even helped me to clean up or offer some help because like i said i was clearly struggling to help myself. But then of course after cleaning up my own messy blood on my wrist and applying pressure with a tissue, i was then able to help myself with the nurses just there looking at me helplessly. So unprofessional and arrogant nurses and doctor. I will never visit this clinic again and i do not recommend anyone to visit here. I was so sad and angry at the same time :(. I hope someone will do something about it. Nurses and doctors are supposed to care and treat their patients well but instead at this clinic i was treated like horribly.

On the first visit, 2nd JUNE 2022, (Doctor Shee Chung Jiak Jacky) I presented with symptoms like headache, fever, sore throat and was treated like Covid case which was understandable and a ART test was done on me by the doctor. I also find it weird that the doctor sees the patient and have us wait outside of the clinic in an open area. I was presented with simple medications and went home. On the second visit, 5th June 2022, (Doctor Locum), possibly the most unprofessional doctor I have met. I had presented with the same symptoms that were persistent since the last visit, and the doctor still treated me as a covid case. Because I have had Covid before and I know that the current symptom I have is not due to covid or any simple sickness, I told the doctor that I suspect that it might be dengue fever. I reside in the red zone of dengue cases so I came to that suspicion. However, not only did the doctor not take my complaint seriously for a blood test, he told me to cover my face with a paper towel even though I was wearing a mask which I thought was very unprofessional. He did not take any blood pressure reading as everything happened outside of the clinic. (again, I was not let into the clinic). I was given Ibuprofen, which I later found out did not help with my dengue situation. Thankfully, I have decided to visit another clinic the very next day to get a blood test done and true enough I am down with dengue fever. I am deeply disappointed with the service that healthway medical doctors of this clinic showed on both occasions with the second one being the worst. Not considering the patients' chief complaint is one thing, giving the wrong diagnosis is another.

Visited today, doctor was okay but the senior nurse’s customer service was horrendous. (Auntie in purple attire, spectacles and short hair with hairband ). Talked rudely to me, impatient when describing the type of medications to me. While waiting for the doctor at the waiting area, I could hear her constantly gossiping and complaining about patients the whole time like it’s her own house. Definitely hated my experience, especially when myself and patients behind the queue were so sick but still had to deal with this kind of unprofessional customer service, moreover from a senior staff .

Friendly reception and nurses but male Doctor on duty 9 July @ 1545 hrs, room number 1 is very very rude. Scolded me for not saying I had cough but I explained I did told them of asthma and cough. I am paying out of own pocket coming to this doctor and not on any company account but I am treated the worst in all my doctor’s visit so far. My hives and asthma are like a burden to him for that day. *Edited* Check medicine properly, the reception missed out 1 medicine when giving to me. Dr Locum is the male doctor
